Robert is the worst!! we have been trying to get help from him for over 2 years and he has blown us off every single time. He does not care, hes over priced and he extorts you by demanding you let him do all kinds of unnecessary services you dont need because he only cares about money. Completely a thief, liar and extortionist! I am ripping out my water system just so I never have to deal with him or the crooked company he is contracted with! UPDATE:: Just got off the phone with the corporate co for our water filtration system. we got on a customer video call and thy inspected he system for us free of charge and we do not need a by pass or any special parts. hey also informed us that the price Robert was trying to charge us was about triple than what we should have paid. I've used Jubilee plumbing before, and just like this time I was very happy with the service. We had a plumbing emergency this evening and I called several plumbers and none were able to come out today. When I called Jubilee, they fit me in within the following hour and when JON arrived he had a problem with our drains, but he didn't give up and kept trying things (all while keeping me updated the entire time) and eventually was able to clear out our drains within 1.5 hours. Our upstairs bathroom was inoperable for quite awhile as we had several people out to find why it was leaking down into our garage.
