I noticed a leak from the fridge water line faucet. Of course it was super old, not even what should of been there. I messaged Freddy yesterday about my issue and he said he would be out here first thing this morning. Like clock work he is always on time and I can say always since this is the 3rd time I have used him since I found him in 2020 during COVID. I had him look at a couple other things for me while he was here and without hesitation he did. I also had him flush my water heater that he installed for me 2 years ago. He is HONEST & RELIABLE & VERY THOROUGH and explains everything so you have a complete understanding of what he is doing and what you are paying for. Freddie is a great plumber and a wonderful human being. He is easy to work with: he fields any question, explains every aspect, shows you what he's talking about, gives you options. He comes when he says he will and gets right to work. He knows plumbing well! In our case, he discovered a sewer pipe with a huge gash in it that had clearly been there a very long time. That pipe was majorly clogged. He and Juan replaced it. In order to avoid future problems, we went ahead and got the rest of our root-filled sewer line jetted and relined. It is difficult to describe how different (and better!) it is to work with this real human from a family-owned business than it is to work with chain-type plumbers. Shower lacked pressure and I dreaded looking for a plumber as a good one is hard to find. I am happy to say my quest for a good plumber is complete!
