Be careful. Cannot trust him. Lied about a first car he sold that has more issues than I can count after we were told a different story.

The most recent time, however, I had some road damage to the body from road debris which punched holes in the diamond plate and side door. They did get to the work within a week, but it was pretty shoddy. Very poor fit and finish as manifested by a door that no longer fit quite right, and brand new diamond plate that had several screws already falling out, and was not properly sealed to the body at the bottom; kind of an issue in an enclosed trailer. When I brought it back, they agreed to try again, but Tom's response was "We're not finish carpenters here." His clear lack of concern about the quality of the work led me to have second thoughts about even letting them try again, so I didn't. When I went back to pick up the old diamond plate to use as a template, they had already scrapped it, but didn't bother to tell me that when I called in advance. Again, completely apathetic about their inability to communicate. I have a really good place on the Cape where I'll take it from now on.

They also sell all different types of trailers. Everyone from the front desk to the mechanics in the back were very nice and cordial. They also did a good job answering all the questions I had about trailer tires. Definitely recommend doing business with this company.

Sure you will always have some issues with RVs but they were always there to solve some of my problems. I just recently purchased a 5th wheel Brinkley (3110) 2026. James was easy to talk to and informative. I finally negotiated a price and they agreed. I ask to do an inspection a week before the PDI and they agreed. I found a couple of faults and they fixed them on the PDI. But there was one major problem, they order the wrong size hitch for the bed of my truck. I stress to them weeks ago we would be leaving after the PDI. Well everything was booked and paid for a 3 day trip to NewPort RI. They felt bad about the situation so they offered to tow my unit at my home so I could load it up and Dave returned at 8:30 the next morning to tow it to Newport and returned at 10am on the 3rd day in Newport and went back to Foxboro and I met him there for the install of my hitch. My wife and I were so pleased they went above and beyond what we expected. Many thanks to Dave from service, JJ sales manager, James from sales, and Sherry who does the PDI. if she couldn't answer your question she would find someone that would. She was great. There were a few others that were involved but I missed there names. Also, a special thanks to the gentleman who fixed my water hose. Thanks to all of you in making it such a great 3 days in Newport. Cdpellegrino@gmail.com And I can't even leave a proper review because yelp keeps erasing my entire paragraph. Before I even got the R. V. There was an a live Mouse in our toilet with human poop on it because they didn't maintaince the rv properly. They were going to sell us the rv with mice in it. They didn't clean anything. The propane water heater is FILTHY. Huge black streak up my camoer from soot. The black tank won't empty and my AC leaks in the rain. They sold us insurance and when we called to asked about how to use the insurance they gave me multiple numbers that weren't the right numbers. I've been trying to get the proper info for over a month. No one will call us back. I'm paying for an RV that i can't even use fully.

I purchased a used RV from Campers Inn of Raynham after clearly stating that I would be living in…read morethe unit full-time and have serious mold and environmental sensitivities. I was given repeated verbal assurances that the RV had been fully inspected, was safe, clean, and in excellent condition. Upon delivery, however, it was immediately clear that this was not true. Several major systems were not functioning on day one, including a failed air conditioning unit, a leaking tank, and leaking water lines. More disturbingly, the RV showed unmistakable signs of a long-term rodent infestation -- including droppings in cabinets and vents, gnawed materials, and structural cavities packed with spray foam, wire mesh, and scent packs clearly placed to cover up contamination. These issues were never disclosed prior to sale. I later confirmed through a licensed exterminator that this was an extended infestation, and obtained a statement from the previous owner confirming the RV had no rodent problems when it was traded in -- meaning the contamination occurred while the unit sat on Campers Inn's lot for a year and a half. Despite this overwhelming evidence, the dealership made no genuine effort to resolve the situation. Instead, I was met with vague responses, dismissiveness, and eventually, complete silence. The General Manager Mark Person stopped responding entirely once I began asking direct questions and presenting documentation. Rather than acknowledge their role, Campers Inn attempted to reframe the issue, downplay its severity, and hide behind an "as-is" sign-off sheet that -- to make matters worse -- listed the wrong make and model, raising serious questions about the paperwork's legitimacy. What I experienced wasn't just negligence -- it was a systemic failure of ethics, responsibility, and transparency. This company sold me an unsafe, contaminated unit, concealed known defects, and walked away the moment they were confronted with the truth. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership -- they are not honest, and they will not stand behind what they sell. Oh and here are some photos of the contamination I found immediately after delivery, including active rodent infestation and the clear attempt to cover it up. This is what they knowingly sold and refused to take responsibility for. This REAL Review is for Campers Inn Raynham, MA.
