In the past few years I've purchased 3 RV s from Pete's RVs in Conn and Ma. Class A Jayco and 2 Brinkleys. In each case I've had no problems with sales reps or service. Sure you will always have some issues with RVs but they were always there to solve some of my problems. I just recently purchased a 5th wheel Brinkley (3110) 2026. James was easy to talk to and informative. I finally negotiated a price and they agreed. I ask to do an inspection a week before the PDI and they agreed. I found a couple of faults and they fixed them on the PDI. But there was one major problem, they order the wrong size hitch for the bed of my truck. I stress to them weeks ago we would be leaving after the PDI. Well everything was booked and paid for a 3 day trip to NewPort RI. They felt bad about the situation so they offered to tow my unit at my home so I could load it up and Dave returned at 8:30 the next morning to tow it to Newport and returned at 10am on the 3rd day in Newport and went back to Foxboro and I met him there for the install of my hitch. My wife and I were so pleased they went above and beyond what we expected. PLEASE......do not ever purchase anything from this place!!!! We purchased a 2026 Forest River Grand Surveyor from Pete's in February 2026 and when we did the walk through prior to delivery we noticed a few minor fixes the service person promised to take care of before delivery. Upon delivery we noticed the work was not done. When I called the service manager (Anthony) at the Foxboro Ma. store he told me the parts hadn't come in and he would call me to schedule a service date. After a month of not hearing from him I called. (Had to leave a message)). With no return call I drove to the store and spoke directly with Anthony. As he was looking up our trailer he noticed several other items that should have been fixed prior to delivery (balance issue with the slide out, light strip replacement, plumbing issues, sticky drawers). After many follow up calls and voice mail messages to Anthony and to the customer service representative in Vermont (Samantha Rice) it is now July 2026 and no one from Pete's has even had the courtesy of returning my calls. I've called Forest river directly and was told to bring the trailer to another RV dealer that sells Forest River and they will take care of us. Pete's TV has our money and that's where their concern for satisfied customers ends! Our experience with Pete's has been extremely disappointing and I hope this review will help others avoid the same horrible experience we've had. There was an a live Mouse in our toilet with human poop on it because they didn't maintaince the rv properly. They were going to sell us the rv with mice in it. They didn't clean anything. The propane water heater is FILTHY. Huge black streak up my camoer from soot. The black tank won't empty and my AC leaks in the rain. They sold us insurance and when we called to asked about how to use the insurance they gave me multiple numbers that weren't the right numbers. I've been trying to get the proper info for over a month. No one will call us back. I'm paying for an RV that i can't even use fully. read more

Would only use Pete's RV if no one else was available. It took 6 weeks of waiting. Poor communication, kept saying ordering parts. Once we got it back nothing was out back together. The cabinet doors were off on the floor with about 12 screw around it...not sure what they were for. Air conditioner unit cover off and on the couch. Drawers left on the floor. Outside light removed and placed back on with only 3 screws, no caulking to seal it. No cover on new battery that we bought. The manager was very kind when I call.. he was also surprised that the job was incomplete. Not sure what is up with Pete's RV, but weren't happy. read more

Do not do business with these folks. We were promised the world on a silver platter, people could not have been nicer when we were shopping for a new camper. However, once we signed on the dotted line and owned our camper things changed dramatically. There were things wrong, that they made haphazzard attempts to fix. My husband wound up fixing what he could. From desk person, sales people to managers, they all turned sour once we took ownership. They're lucky they got one star, though not even deserving of that. read more

After calling the Customer Service number per reply to my comment...I never heard anything back. Towards the end of my call...the employee asked, "Did your walk through start on time?" I advised I was told I could NOT have a walkthrough because I didn't pay for it. I also was never asked to PAY for one. The original phone call I received in mid-March was to set up a walkthrough on April 15th. I advised them I would be picking it up before then. On April 14th, I received a text to remind me about my April 15th walk through. Another thing I didn't receive which was OBVIOUSLY built into the extra fees. Thanks for nothing Pete. Why didn't you call me back to vouch for the employee who claims he did the safety walkthrough...but neglected to remove any of the previous owners belongings...or dump the black tank?? Pete's RV has redeemed themselves with us with their timely service work and a new service crew, especially Scott and Randall. After the overhaul Pete's went through they have some exceptional people working there and if they tell you they're going to do something they do. We recently purchased our second travel trailer from Pete's after having had a great experience with them the first time. Great inventory, fair prices, transparent process from start to finish. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Last Friday when we got our new trailer home and plugged in, realized the fridge was not working. Tried resetting breaker and replacing fuse, didn't work. Made an appointment to have it checked by service technician, who determined fridge was dead. The whole team worked some magic to not only remove the dead fridge but to find and install a replacement fridge so that this weekend and our upcoming longer trip in July would not be spoiled while we wait for a new fridge to come in. Grateful to everyone who spent so much time to make this happen! We already were repeat customers, and we will be again!! read more

Totally discussed, On April 12th we purchased our dream Class A Coach a brand new 2024 leftover...After signing all the paperwork we were given a pick up date of May 16th.....We had a 3hr walk thru which had several issues including outside lockers that could not be opened with the keys came with the motorhome. They had already performed their own check list of issues it needed....but missed major issues, like no smoke detectors, non working power outlets, water pump not working, tires with severe flat spots, front end out of line. Now it's June and after several phone calls, messages not returned, text messages not returned, They were so attentive and persistent on making the sale and now their services for repairs and personal responses to major issues and making any buying customers left in the dark with no responses to finishing up on promises...I should have looked into the previous reports that the attorney general was looking into other matters... read more

It arrived a couple weeks ago and we picked it up last week. The RV was immaculate and the PDI was great. Wife and I took an inspection checklist that was 7 pages long. Everything got a check mark! We drove about a mile away to Normandy Farms Campground, so we could spend a few days checking everything out. It was perfect, both the campground and the RV. We could not be happier. We put our deposit down at an RV Show in January. We visited the entire show, and met a wide range of salesman. The one unit that we fell in love with was being named by "Cowboy Joe," from Pete's RV - MA. Cowboy Joe is a true gentleman and a honest, non-pushy, personable salesman. His demeanor helped convince us to buy. The middle part of the purchase process was pretty standard paperwork, and we were scheduled for our pick up day and orientation. There was some confusion, and we ended up paying approx. $850 more than we were supposed to - but this was corrected quickly, and we agreed to just take gift cards for their store, since we needed to buy a bunch of items anyway. On our pick up day, we were walked all around, through, and under the unit. During the walk through, we discovered a few things that needed adjusting, etc. and at least three guys stayed well after hours to make things right before we pulled out for the first time. Within the first week, we had an issue with our fixed mount WatchDog surge protector and monitor. It has lost it's ground because the initial installation was crammed into an excessively small place and the wire kept popping loose. We lived an hour away, and were "forced" to drive back to their service center to have it resolved. This was inconvenient, but honestly the entire process of hooking back up, driving, and backing into a specific spot in their lot was good practice, and by the time we returned home that night, I had a LOT more confidence. I couldn't get there until just before closing due to my work, but again, a team of guys stayed well after hours to correct the surge protector install (which is AMAZING now!), helped adjust a few more things, and filled both our propane tanks that we had used up to heat the RV until we got better electric heat options. So, all in all, I'd say the Pete's RV salesman and service team are top notch. I enjoyed working with them. They were very friendly and helpful. Our RV had some quality issues from the manufacturer, but the Pete's RV team helped us make some basic upgrades and adjustments that I am thrilled with. Paul and Ty get special mention! Went on Saturday. I'm guessing we went to their service area first which was West of 495. So nice. Friendly. Just a really good experience. They said to go to the RV sales East of 495 and so we did... Unfriendly. Unwelcoming. Seemingly bias. Disinterested. And it felt as if they were not LGBTQ friendly. We waited. Waited. Waited. And we're told that lunch was soon, they were working with 'families,' a word reference the one man chose - families and he turned his back on us. Oh, and he was busy with orders he had to do. Not confrontational... more just disinterested and not wanting to bother. Not one person said... "I'm busy with these people and will be with you as soon as I finish." At Least you'd have been acknowledged rather than stared at, NOT acknowledged, and walked away from. People show you who they are... so, pay attention. It may be right for you... or someone else... but, it was certainly less than friendly to us. read more

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This was the most unprofessional place I have ever worked with, with 0 customer service. I work in the customer service industry so I know that the customer isn't always right but in this instance we were. We gave them MULTIPLE chances to get things right and they kept failing. We bought a new camping trailer at an rv show and the whole frame was rusted, it was dirty, part were missing, the ceiling was cracked, I could go on and on. And they tried to compensate us with a $50 gift card. They had us drive 90 mins each way multiple times just to have nothing fixed. They promised a lot afterwards and delivered nothing. We picked up our RV that we ordered in February from Pete's RV in Plainville, MA yesterday. We ordered with disk brakes/8k axles, double pane windows queen bed and washer and dryer. We had an awesome experience with Pete's RV from our first contact to when we pulled out with the rig yesterday. I had told then from the start I would be bringing an inspector with me and that I would need power and water. They had no issues with this. The young man that did the walk through with us was Paul. Paul did an awesome job, he was very attentive, and had techs working on any issues we had as we found them, all issues were very minor. We spent a total of about 6 hours there, we were being very thorough, and they answered all the of our inspectors questions and did whatever they could to make her job easier. The tech that took care of most of the issues, and installed our washer and dryer, was Tom. What an amazing young man Tom is. Very knowledgeable and very talented at his trade. Petes's RV would do well to keep this young man on their staff. With all the negative we see bout dealers, I just wanted to give a shout out to one that is doing it right. read more

They LOST OUR RV! Our RV was purchased here at Pete's, went in for service on 10/4/23. Our unit was placed in an auxiliary lot, unsecured, next to a highway and disappeared somewhere between 11/10/22 and 1/19/23 when we came to pick it up. They spent 1/19 telling us we couldn't pick it up due to a broken tractor, that our unit was behind another one. Turns out, they simply couldn't find it. Please be careful when deciding to trust them with your camper or RV. They will not take responsibility for it, and you are on your own if they lose it. The owner has not contacted us and had his service managers break the news that we are on our own, that Pete's will do nothing for us at all. We can't even get a call from the owner. To top it off - they said that we signed a form we never did, "releasing them of responsibility" (for losing a camper?), but refuse to produce said form from our dropoff on October 4th. If you ever want to see your camper again, go somewhere else. read more

Pete's Rv and Forest River does not stand behind their products. We bought 2023 R pod with a non functional Go power and Mastervolt solar power system that doesn't work. We are requesting to have a certified mastervolt technician to repair system that was not installed correctly by Forest river. Forest river does not call customers back. I purchased a 2021 Rockwood camper from this dealership, I corresponded with the one of the sales man for a few week as the dealership is well over an hour away and I work 2 jobs. He told me that they were open on Sundays, so I took a ride to find out that indeed they are not open on Sundays! I went through and did the pre-approval through their website and worked closely with the salesman to get me all set to go. I finally got a Saturday off let him know I was going to go out to look at the camper, he told me he was not going to be there but to meet with another salesman and he will make sure he has all my information. Down-payment, hitch and plate in hand I go out to the dealership and find the camper and look at it, exactly what I want! Talk to the salesman I was directed to talk to, he knows nothing about anything, wants me to fill out a credit application. Um..... Wait it gets better.. I go back a few weeks later to sign all the paperwork for said camper, the finance guy has all the wrong amounts because no one has told him about anything.. So sign everything and they said in 2 weeks I can pick up the camper. Umm what?? They won't charge me for storage or anything. What????? 2 months and 2 camper payments later I finally show up to pick up my camper. Here is the good part of the story. It is a pop up and it was pouring out so Ty and the service department set up the camper in the garage for the walk through and set-up/break down instructions. All of the guys at the service department were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. If one didn't now the answer they would ask another one and they worked together. If I could give the repair & orientation division 5 stars I would but unfortunately it has to be for the whole dealership. So sales/accounting department stink but repair/orientation department are awesome. read more

I bought my rv in 2021 from Pete's and working with sales was good, but service, you tanked this review. It took nearly 7 months, 3 trips bringing the rv to Pete's, 1 wrong ordered part, and a flat tire caused by the negligence when the recall was finally fixed. It took about 2 months to get my rv into service after the first initial call. Thinking this was to fix it, after towing it there I was told this was just for an inspection. Ok, so it was left there for a week for the inspection. Next, another 2-3 months to get the issue fixed. After dropping the rv off for a week, I was told they could not fix it because the wrong part was ordered, but they would order the correct part and 'take care of me and get right back in'. Mistakes happen, thats fine, in my mind they'll get me right back in before Winter starts rolling in. Wrong. After a month in October I am told part not in yet. About 1-2 weeks later I recieve a call and the part is in, great! Let's get this fixed next week, wrong. Sorry, we're booking out till the begining of December. I guess I was not going to be taken care of due to their mistake. After explaining I do not want to tow this in the winter because of snow and salt and that I was going to he lusting this for sale when completed, I was told there was nothing that coukd be done. Even after telling them I was going to be in the market for a new rv, the response was pretty much, that's nice, nothing we can/will do. Well, that alone just told me they do not care about their customers once that rv is sold and off their lot. I ended up calling and speaking with the service manager, the most he could do is get me in there 2 weeks earlier. Ok, I'll take that if thats the best. Guess the other service employee COULD do something better, but chose not even to try. Now comes the day it's finally finished and I ho to pick it up. They hook it up to their tractor to move and the tire pops after running over a piece of a metal bar (funny how neither tire popped when it was backed into this spot when the bar was directly in front of the tire when it was pulled out). I was dealing with a different service employee at this time, and he did apologize multiple times and replaced the tire at no expense within 1-2 hours. I finally left and will never look back at this place, and yes they had a nice 5'er I was interested in, but after this experience with service, absolutely NOT. Sorry sales dept., service (well, at least one employee in service) lost you that sale. read more

This place is a joke. My parents purchased a camper there, brand new. There have been nothing but problems with it. it's been to their service dept. twice now and things still aren't fixed correctly. One of their "techs' cut a drawer down depth wise and when they were confronted with it the Service manager Tom Mccabe laughed in my mother's face and said "my guys would never do that". We have pictures to prove otherwise. Now for the third time she is trying to get the drawer face replaced STILL and they will not return emails. This place is a joke, I don't know how the owners continue to let this stuff go. Maybe you got a great deal on the price, but don't ever go to pete's in Plainville for any service. The sale experience could not have gone better. The 2 people who did the delivery (I forget their names) but they were also fantastic. Pete's RV in MA may be the most unprofessional group of people we have ever dealt with at any dealership. We have bought dozens of new vehicles over the years, have outstanding credit and have always been realistic to the sales tactics of dealerships, however, this one comes out on top with misleading, borderline fraudulent activity, and with unapologetic actions. If I explained the chain of events in detail, you probably wouldn't believe me. Let me just say, if you have to deal with these guys, be on your game! Im still surprised that the RV world isnt regulated with industry standards or just basic decency. Of course, Pete's would be out of business if such regulations existed. The only standard they follow is sell at all costs, give the cusotmer the highest rate possible even with an 802 credit score and dont worry about the customer after the sale. We stopped here to check out some used RVs. We are planning to trade ours in next year to get a new one so we wanted to look around. I loved the fact that they had all of the ones for sale open and that you didn't have to go get a sales person just to look at them. On the other hand, there was no one around to help us with prices which were not anywhere on the campers. There's a nice selection of used campers. We were looking at the fifth wheels and, although we didn't find one that suited our needs, they had quite a few to look at. read more

With any RV/camper experience, there's bound to be something wrong. Ours that day turned out to be our hitch and I gotta tell you, Kyle and Pat got it right, the first time. After getting our TT elsewhere our hitch wasn't set up correctly so we had extra sag and constant stability issues, even though we beefed up our suspension with a set of the road master active suspension for towing our 38 footer. Not only did they fix the sag and stability issues by rearranging our hitch, but they set us up with a brand new hitch/sway system and taught us things us seasoned campers didn't already know. Two trips in and the difference is real. No more sag and the stability's like towing a camper half it's size. Many thanks! read more

This was supposed to be a review of the service department and their work in my RV. However it never got that far. Pete's is a new owner of this facility. I loved the old owner and had great service. Unfortunately it seems the new owner does not care. I actually know a former employee and guess I see why he left. With the current situation it took me some time to find a place to bring my RV. I planned on taking a long trip starting this August but with everyone so busy it was very difficult. But I spoke to someone at Pete's And they said I could bring it in this Thursday the 29th. Still a long way off and so I'd have to delay slightly my trip but ok. Pete's sent me a welcome email also asking for some info about the RV. Ok. But I was busy and didn't respond immediately. Actually I forgot about it for a while. But still. I just wanted the RV checked out. I didn't think of anything that would require special parts. And even then they wouldn't know until actually seeing the thing. So today I finally sent them the info. Now they told me they can see me in September! Huh! What? I have an appointment this week. I spoke to someone TWO MONTHS ago. It wasn't an approximate date but an actual specific one does this Thursday. But nope. They won't honor their commitment. Throw my plans out the window. We ordered a 2023 Timberwolf 39CA by Forest River in October 2022. On April 17, we did a walk through and signed papers. During the walk through, my husband pointed out multiple little things that needed to be fixed (brick wall popping off, molding that needed to be nailed down, and a door not opening correctly). We also asked for a sliding screen door, a ladder to the roof and a vent cover for the bathroom to be added. We signed papers, which included a prep fee. The following is all of the issues that we have had since signing. Four weeks later, after multiple attempts to obtain answers on our part without response, we received a phone call with quotes for a screen door and ladder however, they would not arrive before our scheduled delivery. The vent was installed as asked. The camper was delivered on May 12, as scheduled. The driver quickly left and it was quickly noted that there were multiple issues. First off, we found a screen door within the camper that Pete's was happy to charge us for because they did not know it was present. Nothing we had noted in our walk through was fixed. Additionally, all shipping wood was present within our camper, the camper was absolutely filthy, along with a spilled Cumberland Farms drink that had been left in the camper at the dealership. Glad we paid a prep fee! There was a dent in the side of the camper, multiple scuff marks, and a gouge in the floor from the refrigerator being installed. Pete's was notified of these issues as they were discovered between May 12 (date of delivery) and May 20. On May 20, we discovered the washer/dryer combo shook so violently that we could not use it. It literally made the shelf it sat on pull out of the wall. After leveling and ensuring the washer/dryer was not too full, it continued to shake violently. Pete's RV was made aware of this on May 22. On May 25, Ozzy Aponte (Service Manager) noted the issue was because brackets were missing and he was going to ship them to us. We haven't received them yet (June 19). On June 3, we discovered one of our toilets that hadn't been used yet was broken. All of the above is in addition to poor workmanship during the manufacturing with shower walls not flat, crooked cabinet handles, and crooked accent light covering among other things. Ozzy escalated the issues to Bobby Shlosser (Regional Director of Operations) and they have continued to say they "want to make this right" but have made no action towards doing so almost 6 weeks later, even after seeing picture evidence and admitting that he didn't like what he saw. The only suggestion has been that the camper be returned to Pete's however, we have already spent hours leveling the camper and hard piping the sewer drains so we find the option not acceptable. At this point they are not returning our phone calls or text messages. Don't buy a Timberwolf from Pete's unless you want poor manufacturing and service. Bought 1st RV at Pete's RV in Plainville MA. Started process late March 2021. My wife & I picked up RV August 1st. AUSTIN our salesperson was friendly enough and always "responded" to texts. Unfortunately he was never able to actually provide any answers to the texts and questions. He simply lacked knowledge, and communication skills. Whether it was product knowledge about the RV or the buying process, the hitch, the 7 pin connector, the tow vehicle, or ANYTHING Austin never answered a single question for us or got the answer. We had to get the answers by speaking to someone else or watching videos. Austin provided no value to us in the process whatsoever. It was crazy actually. KATE admin/sec failed to coordinate the RV orientation with John as did Austin. We get a call from John trying to coordinate the orientation with us. I told him I'm already booked with you through Kate. He said I didn't know about that but I should be able to squeeze you in! What? Placed a call to KASER he never returned my call. KASER said Kate never told him I called. Kate said she told him. Communication Dysfunction. JOHN was supposed to do our "orientation" for these two new 1st time RV owners. However he simply said what questions do you have!? What?!!! The best part was when I thought they had the license plates for us, (because they charged a fee) but on the day of pick up and orientation there were no plates. They were going to let us drive away yet they had our RMV paperwork! Also our 7pin connector unfortunately wasn't working therefore no brake lights or directionals were working. However John said "you can drive it home because you don't have far to go" what?! No plates and no lights but drive it home! We didn't. Crazy. When we finally picked up The RV it was dirty inside and out, tires were muddy, we were missing a PSI 65 tire stem valve cap, the refrigerator was not attached and actually slid out of its compartment when we drove home. Inspect at all? Clean at all? No. Terrible. Check out my google reviews, 80-90 % are positive. This experience was absolutely terrible. Avoid Pete's RV and or Austin and John in particular if you can. As proof and a reminder I have many texts from Austin and 8 of them say things like "sorry I forgot" " I meant to," " my apologies," etc. The sad part was it wasn't just a delay he never answered any of our questions. Communication is a two way street. I could have done things differently for sure. (Don't use texting) However you can smell the poor leadership, nonexistent process, lack of communication, and most of all lack of caring from top to bottom of this RV center. In early March my wife and I ordered a new Forest River Wolf Pup camper for ~$23,000. A few weeks later I got a message from the salesman that the camper order was missed and that the order was put in on that day, delaying the camper a few weeks. That was OK and understandable but only the first item that leads to this point. The camper was delivered to the dealership on 4/10 and I scheduled a delivery of 4/18. 4/18 comes around, I go for the 90 minute orientation/pre-delivery that ended up being about 15 minutes. I drive the camper home, park it, level it and go to extend the slide-out (this camper 75% of the total length expands, without it expanding the inside is unusable. Doors are blocked and there is no walkway at all) and it jams, makes horrible noises and completely breaks. I immediately reach out, they tell me they will pick up the camper before the weekend (it's Wed, 4/19 now). I hear nothing Thursday and then finally get a call after 6pm on Friday, letting me know they will pick it up on Saturday at 6AM and that they have secured their top-tech to come in on his day off, just to fix my unit that day. Great! During those few days I notice that the bathroom door is too small for the jam and will not stay closed, the kitchen table is mounted very crooked and the main door/fire escape also does not fit properly. The main door is wearing heavily to where metal is hanging off to slice you when you operate it. The door is not easy to open as it gets jammed closed from the door being too large for the hole it's in. Saturday afternoon I order pizza for the shop as I felt grateful for the tech coming in on his day off. Monday comes along, no call or update. Tuesday I call and told they will call right back with the update. No call back. I call on Wednesday morning, I'm told I will get a call "right back" no callback so I call again in the late afternoon to be told, they're still troubleshooting the issue. That was what I was being told over the next couple of weeks, where I lost reservations for a campsite that the dealership swore I wouldn't miss as the camper would be fixed beforehand. Well, 3 weeks or so late I get a voicemail that it's all done and ready to pick up. I scheduled going up there with the salesperson I had been dealing with for a couple of months now, when I get there the greeting I get is "Oh, you really should have called before just showing up. We'll try to help you out but it's going to be a while." After 30+ minutes of waiting, the service manager brings me out to show me my camper, the main door was untouched, still hard to open/close, heavily worn and unacceptable. The table, untouched and still very crooked. The bathroom door, untouched and still not staying closed and the slide-out, the guy was showing me the side of the slide-out that didn't have an issue, outlining how perfect it is. I went around to the side that had the issue and the new replacement is already heavily worn and showing missing metal from it being misaligned. The service person proceeded to tell me that this is how it should be and that the other issues are normal. I disagreed and this person proceeded to argue with me that a newly ordered camper should have these issues. I demanded to speak with some executive of the company and was put in touch with the service director, Bobby. He at first seemed like he cared a bit but quickly I found that during phone conversations he frequently mutes the call and puts the phone down or has conversations with others as when I'm done talking there is dead silence for 10-30 seconds, you can hear the phone unmute and then the question asked is ignored and he says a generic response. I bought a brand new camper that only functioned for the drive home and now is having to be structurally torn down and put back together and at no point was it delivered free of defects. It's 5/26 now and there is no estimate of time. They've told me for now a 2nd week that the manufacturer is being flown out to look over the unit as, it seems they're unable to repair it. This is still an ongoing story but being that it's camping season, I wanted to get this word out there before they claim move victims! read more

Purchased a brand new RV from Pete's RV. Upon delivery we discovered the awning was torn. They promised me they would ship it to me and have an outside agency to fix the problem. That was 2 years ago. Multiple phone calls. Multiple emails and we still get the runaround. I wouldn't buy a camper off of them if they were giving them away. Stay away. I wrote a bad review about Pete's RV a month ago about my brand new travel trailer with a broken AC. We were quoted at least. 10 week wait and our camping season would be half way done. When I wrote my review, I received a response from Pete's here on Yelp. They wanted to hear about what happened. I responded with a call. The secretary took my complaint. It's been a month and a half an I have heard nothing from them . Was the response only for show? This is the worse company I have had to work with. They won't return your calls or give you the courtesy to give you an update. They tell you they ordered parts but always get the wrong part, I think they use this as a stall tactic. Please never do business with them. read more

So far bought 2 campers here within a year . I'm going to talk about my latest one though . I had been speaking with sales guy Ryan for months took a break called him months latter and he was still awesome to work with . Still remembered what I was looking for and wasn't rude cause I didn't follow through months earlier . Ryan was so great would work with him again.Pete's on the other hand was not very accommodating we had bought a brand new travel trailer a year before we purchased our fifth wheel they weren't accommodating and we felt they were rude they didn't have any real respect for us who were repeat customers we had actually sent 2 other friends there each bought a camper from them and still we weren't thanked . Wish We could take Ryan with us on our next purchase but we will not be repurchasing again at Pete's . read more
