Such a cute little place! It looks like a rental place from the outside but is a very CLEAN and fun bar! There's a few tables on the inside and bar seats. They have an AMAZING back area with fire pits and another bar that was unfortunately closed because it was very cold out. I'd love to come back in the spring/summer and check it out. As far as their drinks, I think they have some beers, and lots of whiskey, but the main attraction is their MARTINIS! Wow. These were the most deliciously creative martinis I've ever had. It's very unique as I don't really think any of the other bars in Grafton have martinis like this. We had the s'mores, Twix, snickers, chocolate covered strawberry, and cinnamon roll martini, and they did not disappoint. There were easily 20-30 different martinis. Brian was our bartender and he was very helpful and welcoming!

The outside bar is a vibe with beautiful views of the sunset on the river. My only complaint is the birds that are up in the rafters of the outdoor bar. Nothing like eating & having bird droppings splatter on the bar next to your food. Several people were moving seats to get out from under them. The parking situation adjacent to the building is cramped with no exit so i recommended parking across the street.

A good percentage is under a tiki type roof, but if you want sun, there are plenty of tables offering that, too. The menu has a good variety, so it was hard to decide what I wanted for lunch. After some serious consideration and asking my bartender what were her favorite items on the menu, I finally made up my mind. Since my I am a fan of Shrimp Tacos, I choose their Blackened Shrimp Tacos with a Side of Mexican Corn. The two tacos were stuffed with lots of Blackened Shrimp, purple cabbage, topped with mango and pineapple salsa and a slice of avocado. As a side, I stayed with the Mexican theme. Their Street Corn was served on the cob, which I am not use to, but the flavor was solid and flavorful. I enjoyed sitting at the bar on the patio and the bartender provided attentive service. Other servers even stopped by and asked how I was enjoying my meal. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying the fresh Grouper. For those of you who may not know, Southern Coastal Cusine is owned by the same folks you bring you, Grafton Oyster Bar. So you know it is quality.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon and 3rd Chute was packed. They do have multiple bars and places to sit on the 3 levels and was able to find some seating. Servers were pretty busy and took a minute to get menus, are drink order and listen to the specials. 3rd Chute does have live music on weekends which was very good. 3rd Chute is a pretty cool place, Lots of great decor everywhere you look which gives the place that cool bar and grill feeling. We started with some mini corn dog appetizers and some Mac and cheese poppers, a fried blend of macaroni and pepper jack cheese fried to perfection. We also ordered a classic cheeseburger with fries, pork tenderloin sandwich, pulled pork sandwich with fries and a grilled hot dog with fries. It took a few minutes to get our food with how busy the place was. Our server did check up on us to make sure our drinks were topped off. Food was cooked to order and was a good portion for those with a hearty appetite. There are several other bar and grills in close proximity to 3rd Chute. Most other places had more seafood options, which unfortunately we had allergies to. 3rd Chute's menu had all the classic food options a great bar and grill usually has available. 3Rd Chute Bar and Grill was a cool experience and highly recommend if you're visiting Grafton and looking for some good food with reasonable prices. We'll be back!

My Husband ordered: Lobster, shrimp, seafood cheesecake??? The waitress said to order it, it may not sound to good, but you will like it. SPECTACULAR!! I believe I will try other bars from now on, but anytime we make the treck from Chesterfield to Grafton, we will eat only at the Grafton Oyster bar.

They have a huge dock which is nice for those with boats (I recommend reserving a space of any holiday weekends/summer weekends to make sure you have a space as it can get packed). Downstairs there's seating, showers, bathrooms, and a pool. Upstairs there's both an outdoor & indoor bar as well as outdoor patio and indoor seating. When it gets busy be prepared to wait for a spot as most people linger & drink. I love that there's the outdoor bar so you can at least grab a drink while you wait. The food & drinks are responsibly priced. Service can vary as sometimes we have a waiter that's on it and super fast & efficient and other times we aren't checked on and have gone to the bar for more drinks since we couldn't find out waiter. For food I definitely recommend the shrimp poboy! Overall a great place to go for some good food & drinks at a decent price. Will continue coming back every season.

When we sat down, we ordered 3 Bloody Marys and 2 fountain drinks and were then informed they don't serve lunch until 1pm. You heard that right! Eggs and oatmeal until 1pm! So the person who wanted the burger was SOL Instead ordered three omelets and a side of biscuits and gravy. Then we sat for an hour. No drink refills. No "sorry! It should be coming out shortly!" We were tired and hungry and really to call it a day. It took 10minutes to even flag down our waitress which happened only after she brought another table's food out that came in after us. It's easy to keep track when there is only about 5 tables with people in them. She then said they were just about done with our order. 5 more minutes (either it was impeccable timing or our order was lost for a short time). And they still forgot the biscuits and gravy. The hashbrowns were extra crunchy/overdone., The omelet and biscuit and gravy were good. Bloody Mary's were fantastic! But there are plenty of places in the area where I can get the same. Probably won't be back.
