The atmosphere is one of the best parts--relaxing river views, a fun vibe, and a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Food and Service was outstanding. If you're visiting Grafton, this is definitely a restaurant you should add to your list. We'll absolutely be back!

I like to get my food to go, but the place is very beautiful if you sit outside or inside, you can look out the service is very good but wouldn't one person asked if you need help specially if you're sitting at the bar and the place is clean maybe just need a little more salt on your food but other than that it is greatI'm

Service was great. Waitress was attentive. Food came in timely manner. The food itself was just ok. And for the price, I expected more. The patio area is on the waterfront & is really great to enjoy beautiful weather. We had voodoo tacos. 2 tacos were $18. Subbed jambalaya for caesar salad (extra charge) Also chicken sandwich with coleslaw. Again fine but nothing special.

Chicken Pontchartrain. Soooooooo delicious and great service!

I've been here before. In the past the food and service have always been good. We went August. This time was on a Saturday around dinner rush. Typically we get a later dinner to avoid the crowd. However, we were supposed to go on the Hakuna Matata boat cruise and it was canceled due to engine malfunctions. Since we were already there, we decided to grab dinner. There was a line up the steps because they were extremely busy. Luckily we spotted two seats at the patio bar. As soon as we sat down, we noticed that the bartender was doing shots. Like right in front of us. So needless to say she didn't give great service. It took her forever to get us wine and club soda. We had to ask for menus more than once. We overheard a manager come out and tell her not to put in any orders for the next 10 minutes. It kind of felt like they didn't want us to eat there, but we were starving. Upon receiving menus, my partner informed her that he is a gluten-free diner. She seemed to understand and pointed out that there were gluten-free things marked on the menu. We ordered the char-grilled oysters and grilled pear salad to share. He ordered jambalaya. *All these were marked gluten-free* I ordered the chicken pontchartrain, not gluten free. It took an hour for our grilled pear salad to come out. We began eating it and it was delicious. The highlight of his meal as it turns out. Then comes the char grilled oysters....with a massive piece of French bread right on top. They offered to "remake it" but with how busy they were, it was obvious they were just gonna take the bread off and bring it back. Honestly it's just not worth the risk. Next came the jambalaya and chicken pontchartrain. Unfortunately, the jambalaya also had two cornbread muffins stuffed down into it. We had to send that back as well. I enjoyed my meal and he had what was left of the salad. It's really disappointing when you wait an entire hour for food that is marked as gluten-free and then it is clearly not gluten-free upon arrival. The server didn't really seem concerned. We were recently back at Grafton Harbor in September for the luau cruise and made sure to eat in advance elsewhere. Doubt we'll eat here again. ***If you're a gluten-free diner, beware that several things on the menu mark gluten-free are not indeed gluten-free****

This is the best place to stop for food in Grafton - especially if you're into seafood. The menu can be a bit overwhelming because there are a lot of options and the price tag on your meal adds up quick if your table gets a couple of apps. I personally really like the crab dip and grilled Mahi Mahi tacos. The voodoo sauce is yummy and the red beans and rice on the side is a nice touch of something different! Sit on the patio if you can!

The Shrimp Voodoo Po Boy is amazing! Very lightly breaded shrimp, solid sauce to bread ratio, served with Cajun fries. The alligator bites were too heavily battered and hotly (is that a word?) fried to have a distinct flavor. Service was prompt and attentive. I also discovered a new-to-me artist, Jamie Hayes! His art is everywhere here. Think ink drawings that evoke the spirit of New Orleans. The bar is a popular spot on a Summer Sunday; if you want waterfront dining there may be a little wait. All in all, I would grab a po boy again!

Great seafood, awesome view, great service, what more could you ask for? Beautiful place directly on the water. Highly recommend

Getting a seat for 10 people was tough on a nice Saturday lunch. We were told 45 minutes and after checking back at an hour realized they seated so many tables after us. I wish they would have asked if we wanted to split up to get us seated earlier. Poor planning on their part. One of our servers were nice and served us really well. The other server missed a dish and got the checks wrong. There were certain dishes that were great and some that weren't. We ordered the: Spicy pickle shot 0/5 Crab dip 5/5 Alligator Sausage and Shrimp Cheesecake 2/5 Blue point oysters 5/5 Grilled Pear Salad 4/5 Shrimp voodoo tacos 3.5/5 Shrimp voodoo po boys 4/5 (needed more sauce) Holy Trinity (only the crawfish etoufee was good) 3/5

Food and atmosphere was amazing! First time there but definitely not our last! Our waitress Jenna was fantastic! Could not have asked for a better experience.

Love the scene and the chill vibes. I stopped by for a quick snack and drinks: char-grilled oysters, oyster medley and 2 drinks. Everything is flavorful, served hot and fresh. The kitchen closed at 8 but we were lucky to got a table at 8:05. Staffs were welcoming and friend. The sunset + river + oysters + colorful cocktails is to die for ;)

The outside bar is a vibe with beautiful views of the sunset on the river. My only complaint is the birds that are up in the rafters of the outdoor bar. Nothing like eating & having bird droppings splatter on the bar next to your food. Several people were moving seats to get out from under them. The parking situation adjacent to the building is cramped with no exit so i recommended parking across the street.

A good percentage is under a tiki type roof, but if you want sun, there are plenty of tables offering that, too. The menu has a good variety, so it was hard to decide what I wanted for lunch. After some serious consideration and asking my bartender what were her favorite items on the menu, I finally made up my mind. Since my I am a fan of Shrimp Tacos, I choose their Blackened Shrimp Tacos with a Side of Mexican Corn. The two tacos were stuffed with lots of Blackened Shrimp, purple cabbage, topped with mango and pineapple salsa and a slice of avocado. As a side, I stayed with the Mexican theme. Their Street Corn was served on the cob, which I am not use to, but the flavor was solid and flavorful. I enjoyed sitting at the bar on the patio and the bartender provided attentive service. Other servers even stopped by and asked how I was enjoying my meal. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying the fresh Grouper. For those of you who may not know, Southern Coastal Cusine is owned by the same folks you bring you, Grafton Oyster Bar. So you know it is quality.

I am a true martini man and I am embarrassed to admit, until yesterday I have never been. What is sad, is I have been to all the bars to either side and across street. You'd think with, martini is the name, I would have gone. It wasn't until it was recommended to me, that I asked others and continued to get rave reviews. I popped in early on a Friday and had a Dirty Martini lunch. It's a dive bar, so my martini was served in a plastic tumbler. Mine was in a larger plastic glass, because the bartender wanted to empty the shaker. I'm a snob and prefer a classic stem glass, but once I took my first sip, the glass did not matter. My martini was extra dirty and served with blue cheese olives. I had chatted with the bartender and she knew it was my first visit, so she treated me with regular olives as well. So it really was a martini lunch. If you're in Grafton, be sure to check out Bobby G's, don't wait as long as I did.
