The office staff are so friendly and helpful. His nurses are very caring . The PAs are so helpful and care for your well being. They make sure you don't have pain. Beware don't smoke Pot, eat edibles or take anything illegal. Dr Harris and team make you sign a contract telling you upfront he will stop treating you and stop meds if you take them. They give random drug tests all the time! I respect them as Dr Harris has treated me since 2015 when I broke my back in an accident. He is so smart and knows how to help get rid off your pain . He doesn't take all insurance but will tell you what he takes. I get epidural injections about every 4 months and they work . I highly recommend Dr Harris and his partners and staff

I have a documented broken bone (Hill-Sachs fracture) and a torn labrum--real, objective injuries--and he made it clear he did not care. He talked over me, shut the conversation down immediately, and showed zero interest in discussing any solution whatsoever. No alternatives. No plan. No attempt to listen. His attitude was essentially: "You're in pain? That's too bad!" That's not medical care--that's arrogance. And shocking for a Dr that manages pain to just ignore everything you say, ignore mri results showing the severity of my injury, inability to function normally because of the pain.. to just kick you to the curb. This doctor would rather let a patient suffer than spend even a few minutes doing his job. If you're expecting compassion, problem-solving, or even basic professionalism, save your money and go somewhere else. You will not be heard here.

Shortly after hanging up the phone, I got a text from the young girl who scheduled my appointment. She asked me to send her a copy of my driver's license by replying to the text, which I promptly did. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at the office 15 minutes early to fill out any additional paperwork. The girl answering the phones was busy making an appt for a new patient which, as I already knew, is very time-consuming. There were two other staff members present, but apparently none of them were trained to hand me my new patient check-in forms because they told me I'd have to wait. So finally, around 15 minutes later, the young girl was done with her phone call and able to check me in. The only problem is that I was not on their schedule. Not only that, but they didn't seem to have any record of me at all. Had I gone to the wrong office?? I scrolled through my texts to find the one requesting my license, in which the girl had stated her name. I said "isn't this you?" Yes, it was her and I was at the right place. Why am I not on the schedule at the time we discussed?? According to the young girl, she never received the picture of my license (which, from my end, had been sent), so she cancelled the appointment. No follow-up call requesting my license again. I don't even think I got a call letting me know they were cancelling the appt, although they had already set the precedent of communicating by text, so it would've been appropriate to send a follow-up text. When I pressed her to find out why there was no follow through, she said that she only works there part-time, so there was no way for her to follow up with me the next day, as it was her day off. Now, I don't solely blame her. She was obviously rather young and inexperienced and was just doing her best. But what a terrible lack of management that there are no procedures in place to handle this kind of thing! And what kind of establishment just cancels an appt after I obviously wanted to see the doctor, based on my initial investment of time in scheduling the appt?? I had already waited a couple of weeks for my appt, and I was in a tremendous amount of pain due to a pinched nerve in my neck. On top of that, they had wasted another 20 minutes of my time since I had arrived at the office for my appointment. The best they could do was to apologize and offer me an appointment in another week or so. No thanks. At this point, I think the appropriate thing for the doctor to do would be to see me that day. I understand maybe he was completely booked. Then he should stay late. I would've come back at the end of the day. I had already arranged to have the afternoon off from work so that I could be seen by him, and I find it inexcusable that the office is run in such a way that the staff just cancels appts because of one small piece of information missing. They demonstrated a total lack of consideration for my time and circumstances.

From the very start, Flora provided excellent assessments of what my needs were and tailored her approach to my specific requirements. The intake process was great, as she paid close attention not only to my physical condition, but most of all mental, and spiritual well-being. During the sessions, she paid close attention to my form during exercises and also took the time to explain the importance and difference of each movement in yoga and its function. Then suggested appropriate modifications. She also provided a wonderful introduction to the philosophy of yoga, which was very insightful. She always followed up with detailed notes and suggestions to help me improve my practice even further. Flora even suggested tools to help me with my physical condition (carpal tunnel) which was incredibly thoughtful. What I appreciated most about Flora was her great knowledge and kindness. She has a wealth of resources and was always available to answer my questions or address any concerns. She created a custom meditation practice for me to use as part of the bedtime ritual, which has been incredibly helpful. Flora is an excellent and kind guide practitioner. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her and dive into yoga practice with even more increased awareness. Thank you, Flora.

I emailed her through her website to find out more about what she offers, and she responded within a couple of hours. Upon meeting her, I could see how she is meant to do this type of work. Her voice and presence is so calming, soothing and nurturing. I would often show up to sessions with an overstimulated mind or a headache and leave feeling relief and calm. This isn't the stereotypical yoga you experience in a yoga studio. It is a more holistic practice that encompasses movement, chanting, breath work, visualization and intention. Flora is thorough and sends notes after every session with suggestions for you to incorporate into your daily practice. She tailors everything to your needs and gently guides you towards your goals. I highly recommend her to anyone who struggles with trauma or finds difficulty dealing with what's happening in your life or in this world. She will help you.

I went to the same pain management Dr I've seen in the past 8 years before and after my prior right shoulder replacement. I also suffer from a severe case Nail Pattella Syndrome that I was born with, its degenerative in nature and has caused chronic pain most of my life starting at 12 years of age with the radial head being excised from my right arm and now effecting my knees, elbows, shoulders back and hips. I went into pain management on May 17th and submitted current xrays and reports and told the Dr my surgery schedule for full shoulder replacement June 21st and again referenced having a severe case of NPS which he didn't even know what that was. I told him I was seen in the ER and that Dr supplied me with pain meds, I've not been on pain meds over 4 plus years. This Dr asked me what I wanted from him. I asked him did you look a the ER Dr's report and all that I submitted? He said no, I then told him to please look at the report and I just wanted to stay on the same meds that the ER Dr had given me, Norco 10/325s 3× a day and Flexiril 10s if possible until surgery June 21st and after for PT. He argued and told me an ER Dr would never have prescribed those meds and then told me he couldn't treat me and asked I leave his office with no referral to another Dr or explanation. I now have no pain management before or after surgery as the next closest appointment with another pain management Dr is October 17th. I'm in extreme pain and feel my rights as a patient and disabled person have been neglected and think my Dr has abandoned and discriminated me without reason.
