I mean customer service and just overall people there who really made you feel good, welcomed and taken care of. I had to bring my son and they offered him snack and drinks and let him sit in his own area to play video games as he could not come back with me to get my shot. JOSH -offered me water and snacks and explained the surgery in detail and reassured me of how easy and virtually painless procedure that it was and how quick it would be. He made me feel good, confident and cared for. He was very attentive kind and had a great sense of humor. He was like this with the ladies next to me as well, other patients. Thank you Josh! BRI- was very much the same as Josh. Very sweet, attentive informative and we made small talk about nursing school and about how she just finished and can't wait to take the Nclex. She offered me refreshments as well and was very kind to talk to me which eased my anxiety of the unknown. She seemed very bright and cheerful and honestly she made the process so easy! Thank you Josh and Bri. MY DOCTOR- Dr. Rowshan was amazing! Very informative, calming and attentive. Everyone in surgery room was funny and it was lighthearted and easy. I have had lower back pain, and other back related issues, for over 20 years but after seeing Dr Hyjek I can almost envision a life without constant pain. My lower back pain would cause sciatica pain through my legs, sometimes so debilitating that I can't move, go down stairs, or drive to work. His adjustments and using the micro-currents and laser therapy have significantly improved my lower back pain and movement. I suppose that everyone has a different experience, but my experiences with Dr. Barnett have been the best in my fifty years of dealing with medical professionals.

As a medical professional of 28 years, I understand the difference in personality and opinions that doctors can have. Dr Eng was positively awful. He was cocky, arrogant and condescending. He made little eye contact, was defensive and his bedside manner was non existent. His unprofessionalism in critiquing his colleague was beyond off putting. He lacked compassion and the ability to listen and understand. I fully understand that doctors have different personalities, opinions and styles, but I am so unsettled by him. It was a waste of the copay. I am just shocked that Hoag would employ a person of this demeanor . This is a time where I wished AI would have scribed the visit. I would love for a colleague to review. He appears very inexperienced and green in medicine. It will take a lot to make him a successful physician. UPDATE( 2 weeks later)...no follow up from office manager when requested. I guess this is just standard practice there. My husband lost his desire to drink alcohol. He also lost 10 lbs. And he exercises 6 days a week at the gym. His sciatic pain is gone, and he's healthier than ever before. For me, I use to have neck and back pain, took several prescription medications for mood, and had anger issues. Now, my pain is gone, I stopped all my medications and my anger is under control. The effectiveness of the treatment takes some time to kick in, but the change is nothing short of amazing. The negative review may be understandable when you meet senior Dr Tong. He's a very enthusiastic sales person with strong opinions. There may have been a misunderstanding or a miscommunication between that patient and Dr. Tong. Dr Tong's treatment of injecting a diluted mix of saline and Marcaine into meridians takes many weeks/months to be effective. Going twice won't work, imo. And, you have to take responsibility for your own health. Doing the same old thing won't work. Exercise, stretching, eating right, and going to the Tongs works. We didn't even mention it to him but was on her hospital paperwork and he must have picked it up from reviewing them! After spending more than 90 minutes in the office, we were simply told to return to the same pain management doctor she had previously seen and intentionally chose not to go back to. Rather than showing empathy trying to understand why we were seeking another opinion, he questioned our decision and offered little meaningful guidance. The entire experience left us feeling dismissed, frustrated, and unsupported at a time when compassionate care was most needed.
