Let me say that again for the folks in the back: IT'S A LEGAL ID. Colorado's Digital ID app is recognized by the state as a valid replacement for physical IDs. It's secure, up-to-date, and fully backed by Colorado law. But instead of being informed, your staff chose to treat me like I was trying to pass off a fake. Embarrassing for who? You, not me. If you're going to operate a business that cards people, maybe train your staff to recognize actual legal identification, not just whatever they feel like accepting. I don't know what they were doing that whole time but the lack of responsibility they took for not being present where they needed to be was ridiculous. The cash register was left unmanned, plus all the merchandise, the main door open, the self service card reader wasn't working, there was zero attention to customers. I work with high school students and 98% of them would be more responsible than this. It was completely unprofessional!

Yet, that doesn't deter us from coming back regularly especially for their unlimited bowling nights and leagues. The staff at Heather Ridge are always accommodating to our requests plus they're a friendly crowd, which now my family and I know most on a first name basis. Even about a dozen or so fellow bowlers we've met along the way here have become people we can call "friends" and look forward to seeing almost weekly. The only drawback for me is the cleanliness of the women's bathroom; however, I do blame most of it on patrons who somehow seem to purposely miss their target and let it rip like a Beyblade.
