He also did a thorough inspection of the bike and found that a tune up wasn't necessary so I totally appreciate the honesty. He was able to ready my bike the same day so service is speedy as well. Take a moment and swing by Epic this time of year and shoppers will find some good deals on winter gear and equipment. I also found some new riding gloves for half off so I couldn't say no to a sale. Lots of gear to choose from and accessories are priced just right (and by just right I mean that Epic is very much in-line with that one popular online retailer). I called them on the 7th to check on the status and confirm the repair. They informed me that the wrong part had been ordered and were sorry. The right part had been ordered and my bike would be ready by the 14th or at the latest the 15th. I called them today the 13th and now they tell me the part "should" be in on Monday the 17th and my bike will be ready, BUT they can't tell me for sure! Wow!
