It became quickly obvious that Blake had a rare passion for his job and customer service excellence. The cost compared to others was not only competitive but actually beat many we considered. Having 40 years of executive-level management expertise, I would have hired and promoted this young man to coach and lead my team of 900 associates and a budget of $45M, any day of the week.

I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 10 am only to be called 20 minutes before to tell me it wouldn't be ready until noon...ok no problem. When I arrived at noon I was told the truck still wasn't there and wouldn't be for another 1-2 hours! They said they tried to call (they most certainly did not) but that they would give me $20 off on my rental. So while I sat for the next hour we decided to fill out all of my paperwork when they informed me that I did not reserve furniture covers even though my email form them showed I had. After realizing I had proof they simply informed me they didn't have any to rent to me and offered to sell me bubble wrap...gee thanks! After this hassle the truck finally arrived and I was told the truck was full of fuel and to return it as such or be charged $8 a gallon!...when I got in the truck it was no where near full and I had to go back inside and force an employee to come recheck the truck gauges to make sure I wasn't screwed even more! LONG STORY SHORT: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I guess you get what you pay for.

I was then referred to the U-Haul location at 7630 Oak Ridge Highway--and I'm so glad I was. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the general manager, Elah Henry. She was incredibly friendly, hospitable, and thorough in explaining how everything worked at the facility. She made the entire process--from returning my trailer to securing the perfect storage unit--simple and stress-free. Moving and relocating can be extremely overwhelming, but experiences like this one truly make a difference. I highly recommend this location and company for your moving and storage needs. I'd also like to acknowledge all the U-Haul customer representatives I spoke with by phone during my travels--they were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process.

They never have a part in stock so it's two round trips to get diagnosed, and two round trips for the fix. I get that, but what I don't get are the re-repairs. They replaced the catalytic converter with a third party one before I bought the car, and it went bad so they installed an OEM one. I had a similar issue with the engine mounts. I do not recommend this place, and I will never buy a car from CarMax again.

Beth was so helpful and accommodating to help me find the unit I needed; she even went down and took pictures of the unit to email me so I could see them from afar. Kathryn the manager helped me to make all the necessary coordination and arrangements for the drop, unload, and pick up of our POD. All the other storage units I called were not willing to coordinate with a POD drop off and pick up at their facility. I requested an appointment and he was able to get me in asap coming out on a Sunday morning. The issue was my heat was not working. The first thing he noticed was my antifreeze was almost empty. He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes. He was worried about a leak so he wanted me to keep him updated on the issue. I highly recommend!

I had been having major transmission problems for several weeks. I had taken the car to several…read moreother transmission shops that ran codes on it while I waited and I was out in an hour! However, after reading bad reviews on the other companies, I didn't trust them to do the repairs. I read reviews on Marshalls and they were highly recommended. They sounded like an honest company that could be trusted to diagnose and repair my transmission. I took my car there on a Tuesday morning and had to leave it. When I didn't hear anything by the 2nd day, I tried calling and nobody answered the phone. So I left a message and nobody returned my call either! I had to ask a friend (that lived near the shop) to go check on my car. The receptionist told him that they were running codes on my car right then (Wed. afternoon). So I expected a diagnosis Wednesday but nobody called to tell me anything. I waited all the next day (Thurs) and still no phone call and no diagnosis! By this time, they had my car 3 days. This was my only transportation (they knew that) and I have no family to help me. I was out of groceries and had to walk 2 miles (at 81) to get my bills at the post office. I knew this could not go on any longer, so I left a message that I would pick my car up Friday (4th day). I had to hire a ride there, and when I picked up my car I was not even given a piece of paper - NO DIAGNOSIS, NO NOTHING! Unbelievable! I did without any transportation for days for absolutely nothing! Would never go there again and certainly do NOT recommend!!!
