We arrived and the car was already running thinking they were ready for us to test drive. I opened the drivers door and the power running board didn't work. Sales said it was"frozen" whatever that meant. No offer to fix it before purchase. Following the test drive I shut off the car and the salesman came out to move it and it would not start. The owner and another man came running (literally) with a battery charger and confessed that they had to jump it that morning! It would not start even after a charge. They had this lot 6 months and never checked the battery (it was the original 2019 battery that came in the car new. They didn't fix the running board or tell me prior it did not work. The salesman said he himself drove it 1000 miles last summer. This car would have left me stranded on the 100 mile drive back home!

Harry and crew earned my business. My first meeting was when I was visiting Omaha from Miami Beach. Difficult issue came up... I used another shop that I had used before several times ( who always claimed something major needed replaced and always ended up $1800 ). When they quoted me $1800 (again), they said it was for a worn out part - problem was it was something they were supposed to have fixed the last time. A friend gave me the name/number and I called Harry and met him. Firstly, he's got a great work manner. He explained what the issue was - gave options - had it done and covered and under $300. Then I got the surprise. Harry showed me each of the items that were supposed to have been replaced - the original parts were still there. No idea what the real issue was I still drive great distances, my base is now Omaha and Miami Beach, but I see to it that my cars visit Harry for exams. Many would find something so that repairs are needed. Harry, has found tiny things and just straightened no charge. I trust these people and I've sent others who have shared in my experience. The people at 2 Men And A Shop are fair, friendly, fast... Best in Omaha for repairs. I've driven their loaner cars while my van was being fixed. Perfect. So screw the net trolls. Christian B.

These guys seem like excellent mechanics that know their stuff, and were able to get the water out of my engine cylinders. This place seems like a great shop if you have any weird, out-of-the-norm problems with your car; very confident they'd be able to figure it out and guide you through it, along with any common repairs. Thought about giving a 4 star because the final price was $250 instead of the original $200 estimate. Also, we had to follow up with an additional $40 fix a few days later relating to the spark plugs. Even with these minor pricing issues though, I would still have chosen this place because of their local professionaliam, and is the shop to go to if you need repairs from reliable mechanics not too far from downtown.

Our regular mechanic couldn't check it until Friday, but recommended Twins Auto. I contacted them and was told to come over so a mechanic could take a short drive with me to see what it might be. I called to say I arrived and was told to park. Someone would be out soon. Jerry came out and sat in the passenger seat. He started asking questions after I gave a description of the noise. He explained what he thought it was, and that it wasn't dangerous or harmful to drive. Then he walked around and looked at all the brakes which he said still looked new. He gave me a reasonable price to stop the noise if it was really bothersome, but said his car did it too, and it wasn't a problem. No pressure, no "man 'splaining", just a clear description and solution if I wanted. Knowledgeable and great customer service.
