We get to the shoe department and there were a few other customers that were being helped. My wife grabbed two shoes that she wanted sizes for, I grabbed one, and the lady in front of us grabbed two. For the other customer, and my wife and I, they didn't have any of the sizes for any of the five pairs of shoes. Statistically speaking, there probably should have been at least one size that they had, but didn't. I thought this was kind of ridiculous. So its safe to say, that when I'm looking for shoes, I probably won't be going to JC Penney's.

When I told the cashier of this he made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He was being rude and made me feel as if was being an inconvenience as a customer.
