This time I ordered the "Family package" $37.45 which came with (according to my choice, there are other options, details in the photo) - Egg roll (3) - Fried wanton (10) - Roast pork fried rice - Chicken Lo Mei - Hunan Chicken - 8pcs chicken wings lemon pepper (have other flavors) - Wonton soup. Aggressively mediocre. Despite ordering two egg rolls, Kung Po Chicken, and Hot and Sour soup that was neither hot nor sour, I was roundly scolded by the tiny rage monster lady inside the plastic bubble. "Very small order! I just bought shrimp fried rice and fried chicken wings... I ate 1 chicken wing and some of the shrimp fried rice and have using the restroom for about an hour the same thing happen when my oldest son ordered last week. I'm in love with this place. Been here twice so far and it's one of the best Chinese take out places I've been to in years. I tried our Dragon Village before this place and once I discovered Bobo I lost all interest in going back to Dragon Village. Their prices are more than fair, in fact they could stand to raise them a bit but I won't complain. I ordered the sesame chicken which comes with delicious fried rice, a soup of your choice and an egg roll. I've never been to a place that added soup in the cost. It's a game changer. This place is in a strip mall across from the fire station. It's near my house and they'll have an order ready in 15 minutes. What more can I ask? The food is basic Chinese fare that you can get at hundreds of restaurants, but it's good. No complaining there. Ok! So my take on Bobo Chinese on Sunset Strip in the beautiful city of Sunrise. The restaurant is simple nothing special. A free flies by the window but that comes from the door being open. It was nice and clean. You cannot see the kitchen which is normal for a lot of Chinese restaurants. It was not packed at all went in ordered my food and sat down. The cashier was nice. I ordered BBQ Chicken Wings, Chicken Fried Rice w/ no egg not big on that and a Sweet Tea. Everything was fresh and they made my chicken wings the way I like which are crispy and the Tea was just right. All and all it was New York Style Chinese food. They left some menus at our doorsteps. Since I havent had decent chinese around here, I decided to give this place a try. 2 stars for no sauces and cookie seemed unfair. Placed my order..and went there 20 mis later. I have to admit this is located in kind of a bad location and is had to find. It is in a strip mall called gold coast plaza if u go in and dont see it immediately. After coming home and opening the package I saw that the portions were big for the price. The dishes I ordered tasted delicious...we got the hunan tofu and the sauteed mixed veg. They were very tasty.. I would definitely recommend this place. My go to Chinese food spot is Bobo Chinese Take Out. I have been enjoyed their food for many years. What sets them apart from the rest is that they have really amazing rice which is hard to find. The other items are pretty standard although I still find it to be better than most. They remind me more of the New York style of Chinese food which I do not see a lot of in South Florida. Which means, they have the fried Crab Stick that a lot of the restaurants down here don't offer. My only concern is that lately, the food hasn't been as consistent, but when it's on, it is really good! read more

Best Chinese Food I've had in South Florida by far! My roommate and I used to order delivery from there every Sunday night. It is always high quality and great flavors! The drivers were always prompt and polite as well! Everything from the General Tso's, the Rice, Egg Rolls, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Chicken Wings, Egg Drop Soup, Crab Rangoon are all off the Rickshaw! They were the first chinese place I tried around here (solely because I have a friend whose dog is named Bobo and I thought that was funny) and boy did I get lucky.
