Ten ten Chinese seafood restaurant always hits that sweet spot. The food is always decent, the servers are courteous, and the service is prompt. I enjoy coming here with my friends and family whenever we are craving some good Chinese food. Today we were a party of three, and we were seated right away. We got different food and some dim sum and it was more than enough to share between the three of us. I would recommend this place to others for sure. Recently, the quality not only in the food but also service -- has definitely improved. They have redeemed their place as my go-to dimsum restaurant in South Florida. They are always busy on the weekends with lines out the door but it makes for great dimsum cart service as the food is always fresh and hot. This restaurant is as authentic as they come. It has a large space for parties or large groups. The menu is huge and it has just about anything you could want that's Chinese. They also have large tanks where you could order fish and other seafood fresh. The servers were knowledgeable and knew how to help you order. We opted for a bunch of different staples and man. I came here for linner and we had no problems being seated and getting our food. Food comes out as it's ready so you can start eating. The carts were already over for the day and although that's normally a fun experience, ordering from the menu gets you hotter and fresher food. I thought the portion sizes are good but prices are higher compared to when I first started coming here. They've renovated and expanded due to increased business. It's chaotic and sometimes not wonderful service but this time was fine. Beef chow fun was good and it was my first time trying it here. Always a staple of mine. It looks nice inside but you still can't expect too much from a Chinese restaurant like this. May be fun for after church brunch with a large family. Expect a wait during peak hours. read more

I haven't been here in a few years. It's a different name, new management, and has been recently renovated. It's large inside and the servers come around with carts of dim sum. But you can order off the menu too. Everyone is nice and they'll tell you what's in each item. It's mostly seafood (primarily shrimp), but there are a few other items as well. It's reasonably priced and it's good. But unfortunately, not spectacular. Most of the items were fried and felt a little heavy in a way. This is a very popular dim sum spot in Sunrise and I can see why! There is a guaranteed wait time during the weekends (I've heard can be as long as 2 hours), and reservations are not allowed so be prepared to wait. Inside is a very spacious establishment with lots of seating (usually filled with customers), and lots of fresh rotating carts of food to order from. The dishes are all delicious, especially the pineapple buns! The sticky rice (not pictured) is also very impressive, lots of meat was included and the rice consistency was very soft and sticky - not dried out at all. Prices are also reasonable for the quality of dim sum you receive. Despite the bustling environment, our waiter also made sure to attend to our needs and in a timely manner. We visited Ten Ten Seafood on Christmas Day, and chaos was already in full swing. This place was absolutely bustling. Packed tables, nonstop movement, and the kind of energy that immediately tells you two things. One, the food is legit. Two, you are not in a hurry today. This is a very large restaurant and extremely authentic. Not "fortune cookie and General Tso" authentic. Real, serious Chinese food authentic. The kind of place where no one slows down to explain anything and that is actually comforting. If you know, you know. The meal started off strong. Our appetizers came out of the kitchen almost faster than we ordered them. I barely finished pointing at the menu before food started landing on the table. Excellent sign. The soup arrived piping hot on a cold Christmas Day and immediately earned its keep. The dim sum was spot on. Fresh, flavorful, and clearly made by people who have been doing this longer than I have been eating. Then we hit the main courses, which were very, very, very flavorful, but this is also where the kitchen decided to enter what I can only describe as a meditative state. The kung pao chicken was the first to arrive and it was outstanding. Spicy, bold, and delicious enough to make you forget what time it is. The beef chow fun eventually followed and was cooked to absolute perfection. Great texture, excellent flavor, zero complaints. The only issue was timing. It took over an hour to arrive, which is fine if you are aging beef or raising cattle, but this was already in the building. Then came the stir fried vegetables. These took an hour and a half. An hour. And. A. Half. They were good, but by the time they arrived, I had developed a relationship with the table, considered dessert elsewhere, and briefly wondered if the vegetables had been planted fresh out back and were still in elementary school. Despite all that, this is still a solid four-star restaurant. The food is delicious, very authentic, and definitely a little pricey, but the flavors back it up. If the service and kitchen timing were just slightly smoother, this place would be knocking on five stars and asking to be let in. So I read the other reviews and was concerned. I think honestly the ones who complained are not aware of how to communicate. I was a little confused by all the people with the carts. I know that if I said yes to everything I would have has a $1000 bill. Instead I got pork buns, duck, pork & soup dumplings & vegetables fried rice. All delicious. Our server was nice . Dim sum done right! My friend invited me to a big group outing and for dim sum that's the way to go. I got to try so many different dishes that were delish. Pro tip, come early because the place gets packed and there's a waitlist. Our party arrived around 11am and while the dining experience is at your leisure, they do come around often with the big carts filled with your next plate of choice. This place has everything: seafood, Peking duck, dim sum, etc. We ordered mostly dim sum (roast pork steamed buns, chicken feet, fried tofu with shrimp, sticky rice in lotus leaf, tofu skin rolls, sesame mochi balls with red bean paste filling, pork soup dumplings) and a Chinese vegetable dish. Their dim sum dishes were mostly good, best dishes were the fried tofu, the chicken feet, and the sesame balls were very fresh. The soup dumplings' skin was way too thick so would pass on it. The downside is that if you're not familiar with dumplings, it can feel overwhelming at first. The carts come quickly, the menu has photos but no prices, and it's easy to end up with things you didn't really want. I didn't take not one picture - but please believe me when I say the dim sum here is DELISH. We came on a Sunday late in the morning and it was packed, but we were seated immediately. As soon as I sat down I was surrounded by hot dumplings and fresh pineapple rolls. Friends recommended us to check out Ten Ten Seafood and Dim Sum Restaurant in the Sunrise FL area. The stars are lining up and four of us walked into Ten Ten. It is located on the intersection of Sun Set Strip and North Nob Hill Rd in a mall. There is plenty of parking available. This restaurant opened and renovated from the former Pine Court Chinese Bistro that we have dined there several years ago. It is a Chinese Cantonese restaurant with specialty in Seafood and other delicacies. You can order sautéed Coral Clam and Royal Clam meat in XO sauce or Zhi Zhu mutton brisket in Clay pot for dinner! We got in for a late lunch around 1:45 PM, so only a few tables were occupied. On the weekend, it is not uncommon to wait for 30 minutes or longer for a table! The Dim Sum Chef was busy making dumpling. The Dim Sums here are fresh and handmake. We picked from the steam cart, Shrimp Hacao (shrimp dumpling), Fried Taro, Sticky Rice in Lotus Leave, Beef Tripe, Shrimp Chive Dumpling, Beef Chow Fun and a Seafood Lo Mein. The dishes were delicious; however, the Beef Tripe could use 30 minutes of simmering prep time. I prefer them soft and tender! They have congee with preserved egg & pork, fish filet with parsley, beef or seafood. Another item caught my attention is the Black Truffle steamed Soup Dumpling. Will try them on our next visit. They make their food fresh daily and when you walk into this restaurant for lunch, the majority of the patrons are Asian. They have ladies pushing mobile steam tables with several types of Dim Sum in those carts. But if you are like me, you will start with a couple of different types of Dim Sum and then order a Chinese dish to make your meal. When I walk out of this restaurant (either by myself or with guests), I am totally filled with enjoyable products. A lot of Chinese restaurants that serve Dim Sum claim they are the best. Hands down, the Chinese BBQ pork here is the best I've ever had. The roasting is absolutely perfect--not too dry, not oily, and not overly sweet. Every bite was pure perfection. The dumplings were delicious, and the jellyfish was surprisingly amazing--fresh, crisp, and perfectly prepared. We also tried the Pan-Fried Shrimp Bean Curd, and wow... it was outstanding! It was my first time trying this dish, and it completely blew me away--crispy on the outside, soft inside, and full of flavor. The custard buns were another highlight--unbelievably soft and warm, literally melting in your mouth. There are so many menu items we didn't get to try, which just means we'll definitely be coming back again (and again!). Because we went for dinner time on a Sunday half of the things we ordered we're not available, but this is to be expected from a dim sum restaurant as they usually make their food fresh and sell out early in the day. Their dim sum is especially strong--shrimp dumplings, chicken feet, and the Chinese broccoli with a rich brown sauce were all perfectly prepared and full of flavor. I've also ordered carryout many times and it has always been reliable. The fried rice, chicken with cashew sauce, and especially the eggrolls are great. Do yourself a favor and ask for a side of authentic Chinese hot mustard; it pairs extremely well with the eggrolls. The atmosphere on Sunday mornings is vibrant and full of energy. The dining room is packed with families and servers pushing dim sum carts nonstop. There's usually a wait on Sundays, but it's absolutely worth it. I came in on a weekend evening for dinner without reservations and I was sat very quickly. *** we were highly recommended to come back for lunch to get the actual traditional experience and to be able to try several other things that were already sold out like the duck and baked pork buns.
