My office has ordered food from this location twice now. The food has been nothing short of amazing and is really enjoyable. Our office is just a block or 2 away so we have ordered delivery directly with the restaurant. Ordering has been a huge turnoff, as whoever is answering phones and taking orders has zero interest in answering questions, attempting to be friendly and had hung up on both myself then later my coworker when she called in with a question after the order had been placed. The food did arrive, and the gentleman who showed up was extremely kind, friendly and seemingly happy. He was appreciative of the tip provided and this turned around our initial experience we had on the phone. The food came hot. We shared a quart of the most delicious won ton soup and crap Rangoon. The beef with mixed vegetables was on point and my coworker really enjoyed her orange chicken. Overall, we will continue ordering from this location but will avoid doing so over the phone as I believe you can order directly from their site. This would be a 5 star review had we been treated with proper customer care from the beginning. read more

Never been to this restaurant but order the general tso chicken and chicken lo mien through the delivery service. The food is delicious and the amount of portion is big. One portion can be share with two people. They also open late which is really helpful for me as I arrive late night after long delay flight. LOL read more

We're stuck at an airport hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Not much variety for dining around here since we don't have a car. Then it started raining so we looked up places to eat and Happy Wok came up for Chinese food with delivery service. I'm Chinese and from Hawaii so I really didn't have much expectations for the food but boy! Was I pleasantly surprised! The food was really good! I'm impressed! We ordered our favorites which were: Singapore rice noodles, General Tso's chicken and hot and sour soup! The soup has to have the perfect balance of spice snd sourness and it was perfect! Better than from the restaurants back home. The noodles had a bite to it with the perfect amount of curry with tons of meat and veggies. The chicken dish, a solid good! So, with tummies full and satiated, our 6:30am early morning flight will be a lot more bearable. Thank you Happy Wok! read more

This is not the first time I have ordered from them. It seems quality has gone down.. First of all I live down the block on 115th terrace less then a mile away. I placed my order at 07:00pm at the website and was told my order would be in by 08:05pm. I understand it was Christmas but still we did not get our food until 08:40pm. When I called at 08:15 she said the order would be here within 5 minutes , but NO it took an additional 1/2 hour .. All our food either cool or tepid.. I've eaten at this place 3 times and twice was fantastic but one time had me thinking I ordered from the wrong place it was so terrible. The reason for 2 stars is the woman that answers the phone.. she's rude, talks more than listens and needs customer service training. I understand that place can get busy and customers can be rude but you couldn't take it out in order customers. I called to remind that last time my order was missing my crispy noodles (it's just .60 but still) and the delivery kid told me to just remind when I order again and they will give it to me. When she answered I said just that and she started screaming I never ordered noodles(I did), I had another problem another problem not that( I did but that was my mistake ordering rib tips not spare ribs.. still ate it), that was over a month ago(it wasn't.. order date 5/3/22 and it was 5/31/22) I see your whole order and I know. Hire do you expect us to remember that. I told her she was wrong and when she realized she said I'll do it this one time but not again.. like it's my fault I said I also want the sugar on the side on my donuts (which I did put in the special notes) and she said I know, I can read and I always read the notes.. which she didn't and I didn't get it my way. A 10 second conversation ended taking15 minutes since I barely had her attention on the phone. Then adding insult to injury instead of just charging me $52 she accidentally charged me $520. I first ordered lo mein chicken,and paid .before they started to cook my lo mein .seconds later I change the order to a lo mein orange chicken and paid $4.50 extra. I notice cross contamination hopefully they Got fined, if not they should. I plan on reporting to the health department as well The picture below is what they gave me.... I did include Florida state inspection's ,after knowing what I found out .thank god I didn't eat it ( As you all see ,That wasn't my Order ) I ask them to make me something different or exchange it he pointed to a sign that was written by them ,that says no refund. I called Lauderhill police and they stated it would take them a hour to get there what do I want them to do..They stayed it's a dispute They cannot do nothing. The guy Who took my order He couldn't understand me or speak English Well.. So this over wet over cook soggy lo mein chicken. And the noodles looks like regular pasta that was bought in Walmart The Chinese guy in the picture below was the one who took my ordered ,what a waste of money and time. This restaurant is not in a great location but the food and service are above par! They are always busy (which is a good sign!) and the food is fresh (probably because of the constant flow of take-out customers). The only drawback for me has been that I am often told 15 or 20 minutes and end up waiting longer at their counter. Food is ok but this establishment loves to Penny pinch. It's like the Chinese version of Julis from Everybody hates Chris. They'll either skimp you on the portion, or they'll sneak and charge you slightly higher than what you're actually supposed to be charged. My advice is that you be sure to tally up your order manually and check your items before you leave the restaurant because there's been more than a handful of instances where they attempted to shorthanded me. This was an order from hell, started off by placing the order only to get called back and they upped my delivery fee $5 dollars on top of the regular delivery fee, since we were further than a two mile radius I tried to cancel my order and they declined my cancellation they claimed food was ready and driver was heading my way. Then they took three hours for delivery ! I placed my order around 5:30 and the food did not arrive until 9 pm, I called them about three times for updates and they lied every time ! I had to make a quick meal at home and never ate the Chinese food. Never again, maybe my dogs will eat the food today I won't be eating old Chinese food im pregnant and super sensitive with leftovers. Stay away from this restaurant if you can. Ordered via Seamless. Two hours after ordering and no one has come to deliver my food (1 hour estimated cook/deliver time). Call the restaurant and they were incredibly rude before telling me they wouldn't complete my order as they were "too busy" to deliver. In fact they hung up on me multiple times. No call, no cancellation of my order when they realized they wouldn't deliver, no refund. I think they were just hoping I'd forget and they could keep my money. I'm sit here waiting like a fool. Should be a zero rating, but since thats not an option.... My mother ordered from here and as they got her card info wrong, they did not prepare her food. They attempted to call her when delivery was expected, so she left her phone to charge. They did not attempt to call right after they attempted to run her card, only after it was almost time to deliver. After a call back, and a correction of the card info on their part, they said it would be another 30 min for delivery(now we are at well over an hour from initial delivery quote). After 45 min waiting for secondary delivery I called back to check on order, told it was an route. Driver shows up, obnoxiously beeping the horn while I was sitting outside. As I tell driver I have been sitting outside, he questions why I have not answered the phone. I am holding the phone in my hand. He continues to yell at me as I sign the receipt. I look In his filthy car as he gets in. It is like a garbage man dumped a couple of garbage cans in both the front and back seats of his car. Thankfully my moms food was on the front seat with no garbage, but there is another delivery on the floor amidst all the trash. I called to complain about the condition of the vehicle and am told there is no manager on duty.
