I would give them more stars if I could. We had purchased some NEST security cameras and needed them installed. We tried numerous electricians, security companies and even the company recommended in the literature that accompanied the cameras. No one was able to install them. "On Tech" was the recommnded company but when he came out he said we are just supposed to switch out existing lights for the cameras Contact. Frustrated in our search, Bobo was recommended. They came out quickly to look at the job, emailed an estimate the same evening, and were able to come out and do the install within a few days. This company is old school: they follow up and do their job. We received a confirmation email and a text on the day of install to give us a time for arrival. The next day they sent a form for feedback. They show up on time and do the work. Bobo and Dan did the job and they were professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with those of us that are extremely challenged with technology. I had an overloaded kitchen circuit shoot fire through a receptacle (and melt the whole thing down) a few days before I went on a European trip. I managed to use extension cords to keep my kitchen going until I returned. I had notified several companies before I left but I did not understand what "Flat Pricing" meant. BoBo contacted me directly through an email I supplied on the Next Door app and I arranged for their services when I returned. Two young fellows arrived on time with all the equipment needed. They assessed my problem and offered several solutions and quoted prices for each one and I just said: "What would you do if this were your house?" They "split" (re-wired) the overworked circuit into 3 separate dedicated lines, provided me with 3 GFI receptacles for the kitchen and replaced all of the mis-matched circuit breakers in my electrical panel. They were an awesome team to watch: knowledgeable, efficient and they worked quickly and the price they quoted was the price I paid and it was very reasonable. Have a large full house remodel from studs project going on... yeah it's the continued saga of my parents house fire restoration. Guess who has 2 thumbs and a big headache... being the new GC? =/ Anywho... after a long search, meeting with a lot of overpriced or questionable (often both) electricians... used these guys to do the electrical system restoration for a 4300ft home. Crew of 3 finished the whole house... that entailed doing the basement full panel like 9 lights and the HVAC system, first and second floor outlets and 2 or 3 or 4 way switches (sounds a bit dirty eh :) As well as canned lights and additional ceiling boxes for fans, bathroom vanity and vents, kitchen recessed lights, appliances... and garage exterior lights, as well the smoke alarms and several chandeliers and recessed lighting boxes where there none had existed... very helpful on placement and needs too! We needed someone to install recessed lighting in our family room vaulted ceiling. I was looking for an electrician who would not make a mess or create any damage to the ceiling. I unfortunately discovered a smoking outlet on the exterior of our house on a Sunday morning and was one second away from calling 911 when thankfully it seemed to stop. I instantly searched for emergency electricians in my area and Bobo Electric was the first one to pop up - I called and immediately spoke with Bobo who listened to my issue and assured me he would get someone out as soon as possible. In less than an hour two gentlemen arrived and checked out the issue, explained the options and completed the repair (installing the appropriate waterproof GFCI outlet) in less than 20 minutes. In addition, even though it was a Sunday they asked if I had any other issues and took the time to replace several older outlets in our house, as well, all in less than an hour. The cost for the entire service, considering it was an emergency call and how quickly the responded, was unbelievably reasonable. Bobo Electric is a great company to hire for any electrical needs that you have. They are very professional and friendly and easy to work with. After recently purchasing a home, we needed a dedicated circuit put in for our our microwave, an outlet installed in our kitchen island, and an outlet installed near the brickwork above our fireplace to serve as a dedicated circuit for our TV and cable. Bobo also replaced our outdoor outlets and installed a new dedicated outlet in the basement for our second fridge. We had Bobo back a second time to move a chandelier and install a new one in its place. They worked very quickly and efficiently and were also very neat.
