I'm somewhat of a handyman myself, but electrical work is above my pay grade. I called several electricians before contacting Bobo Electric. Only two of the several showed up to offer a quote, which I thought were on the high end . I wanted a third opinion. I called Bobo Electric, they scheduled an appointment that afternoon and offered a quote via e-mail that evening. The quote was a 1/3 of the other two that I received. We scheduled an appointment for the work to be done within a few days. The day of the appointment, I received a call to notify me they were on the way. They were on time! The work performed was done very professionally and efficiently and the three guys were professional and courteous. The work was done specifically to my wishes. We had 4-way switches that stopped working and Bobo Electric was very responsive and available the next day. They were very careful to respect social distancing snd wore masks the whole time they were in our house. They solved the problem in under an hour, which turned out to be a combination of factors, including a light fixture that had become defective and a couple dead bulbs in another light fixture (that was embarassing), and it ended up not being the switches at all! We recently purchased a home and needed a new electrical panel. We reached out to Bobo Electric, and they were able to provide us with a quote from pictures taken during our inspection within an hour of our submission. They were reasonably priced and very accommodating when we needed to reschedule. Installed our chandelier. Bobo communicated exactly what to expect; when he would be there, texted me the day before to remind me and the day of to let me know he was on his way. While there he was very professional; took off shoes when entering my house, installed the fixture, and cleaned up after himself. He also was very courteous and operated with a high level integrity. Great work! I needed new recessed lighting installed. I called and received several quotes and Bobo was right on point with price. Very responsive which you don't get with every business. Bobo explained what will happen and answered all my questions. The work was scheduled and completed quickly. Bobo Electric co. Very impressed with their work, they are honest, fair and reasonably priced. They installed an August video door cam with an added door chime which they could pair up to work properly with the August app. but I don't think the problem is hardware related. They did not want to charge me for the added door chime, I split the coast of the difference of the door chime. Very Fair and Honest Company. read more
