I love this beauty supply store. Great products- I love their NYX collection (so many lipsticks to choose from). I recently purchased16" hair extensions and get so many compliments. The hair feels great- doesn't tangle!! Myra definitely did a good job in color matching my hair and she knew exactly what I was looking for. I love coming to this place when I'm visiting my parents . However my 3 star review is for the girl in the wig section in the back. (Light skinned, kind of heavy set black girl) she's very off putting and that's not the type of vibe you need around in a place full of women who are happy to be shopping for beauty products .... I'm big on energy and hers is just trash .... if she doesn't want to work there she can walk out the same door everyone else is ..... I mean damn break the black girl stigma and cut the attitude . You're not better than anyone and you're wearing the same wigs we can buy so chill out LOL . Another thing I don't like is the high ass wig prices ... my "human hair" wig I purchased for $500 I could swear is a blend of synthetic and human . Luckily I'm a person who knows how to maintain them and care for them otherwise you'd be in big trouble . You guys need to be reasonable with those prices because I know for a fact a lot of those wigs are NOT 100% virgin hair .... it's kind of like a scam and price gouging..... otherwise they have a large hair product selection which is reasonable. But chill with the price inflation I know how real hair behaves ...... wow I just looked up bellatique on google and I was definitely price gouged . I love this place its really organized and the staff is very welcoming. My daughter is in cheer and needed some hair extensions for nationals. I was refered to Bobos my a team mate. When my daughter and myself walked in we was greeted by a young lady with dark blue hair who was very helpful and sweet. She color matched my daughter and gave us great information how to put them in and so forth. I highly recommend this place. read more

I found Bobo's on yelp and had already had a couple bad experiences trying to find extensions. I knew I wanted 100 % Remi hair and I was really looking for some help matching my color. Why I ever went to Sally's, I don't know. The girl was less than not helpful and told me I dont have your color ans preceeded to tell me I could dye the extensions my color and just walked away. Today was the first time I've gone to buy a wig. I thought it would be fun to have one for those bad hair days. I was very impressed with how helpful they were there. I went with my sister who wanted a wig with red hair. Rhonda went out of her way trying to find just the right color for her. Rhonda and Jin both helped me and I was grateful they didn't try to rush me, as I was unsure which one I wanted. They have so many to chose from and their prices are very reasonable. Decent, clean, and a good amount of inventory (wigs). Came in with my Mother who has recently lost her hair due to her chemo treatment. Staff was friendly, but will not help much with wig application so your pretty much on your own in the dressing room once you've selected your testers- had to ask someone for help to put our first tester on just so I knew what to do. My friend had recommended me to this place to buy I-Tip extensions. When you walk in don't expect anyone to greet you. There were three Hispanic women employees in the front chit chatting about their drama and didn't bother to say welcome. I had to wait till the male employee, who seemed frustrated by the fact that no one else was bothering to help out the customers, was done with his customer to get help. The women didn't know I knew Spanish and proceeded to talk about the customers in the store. Besides the rude customer service the place is nice, well organize and carries a variety of products. The hair quality for the I-Tip extension not so much. Will I recommend this place to my friends? No. I'll continue buying my hair online from donnabella.com they're helpful and I don't need to deal with rude customer service and the quality of the hair great for the price. read more

Just went here after a couple of other hair extension stores and what a difference! Sally matched myself and two of my bridal party for hair and took the time to find the right colors and length for the styles we want. I really wanted to like this store. I live close enough and would be able to save myself a trip to Pomona. When I walked in the girls looked at me, but never greeted me. So I approached them to ask for some help. They seemed bothered that I was asking. I was given the wrong information regarding the item I was purchasing. When I tried to educate the young ladies about the product, one of them (Mayra) shrugged their shoulders and rolled her eyes. I could not believe it. Even though they had my product (at a higher than average price), I chose to purchase nothing from these very RUDE Bobo employees. Instead I turned around, exited the store and drove to Pomona to purchase my items from Town Wig and Gift. I purchased my item at a lower price, and I felt like my business was appreciated. SHAME ON YOU FOR TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS; MONEY IS NOT EASY TO COME BY THESE DAYS. YOU SHOULD BE A LITTLE MORE COURTEOUS TO PEOPLE WHO CHOOSE TO SPEND MONEY IN YOUR STORE. I wouldve given them 5 stars because first time I came in one of the girls was very helpful she has curly ombre hair . She found my hair color instantly . I just left to get some money from bank and I come back in 10 minutes later to find another girl behind the counter with a nasty attitude , fat black hair with a bright lip color. Im glad i knew what I needed already she just had to ring me up. I still left happy because i love my new hair extensions , they match my natural hair color ! read more

The sales people were extremely friendly and helpful, gave me a discount, coupons for a return visit. I felt like a valued customer. I paid with a credit card I never use. The clerk asked for additional information and confirmed my details. I felt she was being conscientious about processing my transaction, checking my driver's license against my credit card, writing down my DL number, birthdate, and zip code. I didnt think anything of it This morning I received several alerts from my credit card company that questionable charges for "club wear dresses and accessories" were being charged to my account to buyers in Riverside County and San Bernadino County. I live in Arizona and was here on a visit. Bobos is the only charge on my account. There is no other explanation other than the fact that my credit card information was hijacked during this purchase. bobos is the most unprofessional establishment in the inland empire. i respected and shop at thier business when they started thier business in the inland empire. i spent $20,000 dollars in thier upland and thier rancho cucamong store. on two occassions i received bad hair which they were notified within 30-days of purchase they adise me to go to the manufactuer. don't spend your hard earned money at bobos the owners hide in the back and never come out to face the customers when there's a problem. read more
