Went here for the 30% sale, i have more than 12 wigs and i know what i like and what i'm looking for. When i asked for what platinum blonde wigs they had they were extremely pissed off to be helping me. They also had another woman buying two wigs, who was rushed and angry when they told her the register was closing in 1 minute because it was going to be 5! They all seemed pissed to do their jobs, and were overall unhelpful. Won't be coming back here, ever. read more

Do not purchase makeup at this beauty supply. They have a No refund/No exchange policy. I purchased an sealed box of mascara and when I opened the box to use it, it was completely dried out. I went back and the Manager did a one time exchange which was appreciated, however once again the sealed box of mascara was dried out. Buyer beware. Love this store! Recently been doing sew ins in an attempt to give my hair a rest from heat damage and I usually use 100% real human hair extensions. I found Organique at Bobos which is a hair blend and OMG! For $20 and 28" extensions it was well worth the try! The girls helped me out and pointed me to what I wanted. However one of the days I went there was a girl in the front counter that for some reason didn't help much plus she had an attitude. Came back and thank god she wasn't there cuz I had a better experience with an Asian lady. Will come back for sure! read more

My daughter bought hair for extensions and I really like how they were very helpful on letting her know what she needed and what options she had. They focus on you and don't rush you. My mom and I came here to look at wigs and they had so many! This new store is slightly larger than the Rancho Cucamonga store and is more spread out. The lighting was way better, the aisles were wider and that always makes stores more appealing. Still a wonderful selection of items and tons of hair to choose from. We really liked the fact that they had small rooms to go in and try on wigs. So many stores want you to try on wigs out in the open in front of everyone, so I thought it was great to have private "hair" fitting rooms. That is why they get 5 stars. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I've been buying hair from here for a few years now and I even send my local extension clients here,so today's experience I had there was very underwhelming. I usually never stray from the bohyme brand but one of this stores poorly trained employees offered me the Bobos brand hair. I wanted 18" and 16" straight level 4. So I thought I would try it this one time and see if it's as good of quality as she says. WORST DECISION EVER! I put the hair on my head the last week of January. After the first wash it began to tangle itself up and It began to wave. I had to brush it every couple hours. I washed it a total of 3 times (once a week) and it was a total rats nest! Last week I had to brush it every 30 minutes and use luxury shine spray and oils but they did almost nothing ! My hair should have looked as shiney as a new car but it only looked like I was a cave woman! So I took the hair off myself this morning because I just couldn't take it anymore. I headed to bobos and asked for the store manager. Of all of the employees I've spoken to there, she is by far the rudest and has the worst customer service. I told her what I thought I purchased and I had the original receipt. She tells me I bought "basic quality" and she will only give me a 10% discount towards a new pack. I was not happy with that considering that I had only had that hair on my head for 2 1/2 weeks and because I didn't ask for basic. I was totally ill- informed by her employee. So I told her I wanted credit towards a different brand and I offered to pay the difference. She very rudely said no and kept rolling her eyes at me. I asked for her bosses phone number or email and she refused to disclose their name or any contact info, probably because she gets a lot of complaints about her poor customer service. So My friend who was just about to buy her new 22" blonde extensions walked out of there with me. I was completely taken back by that managers attitude towards me, an industry professional. As a good business minded manager I would imagine she would see that by giving me credit for the crap hair, She would have still gotten the difference of the two brands and most importantly kept a frequent customer who spends at least a couple hundred dollars every other month, and refers clients there all the time . We both would have been winners. I've never had hair this bad of quality and I've never been treated this poorly. I would say that their quality of hair matches their employees. I will never shop here again, nor will I refer any more clients. In fact, I'll be sure to have them avoid this place at all costs!!!!! read more

I wish I could give it a zero star rating. I went to the store to purchase braiding hair, which is right at the store entrance. The censor kept beeping so the employees were aware that I was in the store. I was never greeted. For 10-15 minutes I searched for the right hair. Not one time did anyone come to ask me if I needed assistance. I then took my items to the counter where the cashier begins to ring them up. Still no one in the store spoke to me. I then told them that their customer service is deplorable and I will take my money elsewhere. And I will tell everyone I know to boycott this store. And I put it on social media. And now Yelp. This is my go-to place to buy extensions for my clients. I like their selection. Bohyme is my favorite brand of hair other than virgin hair of course. The other place I get extensions from doesn't offer bohyme in i-tips. I only give 3 stars because the service is never good. No one is enthusiastic ever. I come here a lot. I try to be as polite and friendly as possible. Do I have something on my face everytime I walk in or something? They don't really smile.. they don't really seem happy to help. I always feel like I'm inconveniencing the employees. If I compliment them somehow they start to lighten up. I still come here and just deal with it anyways because I don't have much of a choice--they have what I need in a close distance from my work and home. Also, every once in a while a woman who seems to be a manager or the owner (perhaps) is there when I come in and she's very friendly and helpful. On top of it they recently been having poor quality for the price you pay- my "%100" natural hair" extensions that cost me $160 12 inch) came off and didn't stick at all - on top of it they no longer take the %10 off they used to if u got a card from them when they first started- these people are not loyal to their customers and of course only care for the money and not building relationships- they just lost a client who spends about $300 every 2 months on hair so congrats guys - i will also make sure to let all my other friends know wich I recommended not to shop in a dishonest place like this- again very dissapointed. read more

Bobos is the one beauty supply store in my area with a huge selection of everything. If you're a wig lover or wear extensions you'll be in there for a while because there's plenty to choose from! I always look forward to my monthly trips there to stock up on shampoo, conditioner packets, and the occasional lip gloss. I don't mind the prices because it's good quality products. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the service fluctuates. Some days they're on their A-game and some days... not so much. read more

"Sometimes it's just the small things" I stopped by Bobo's for the very first time a week ago (and again this past Saturday) and I can honestly say that I truly had an awesome experience BOTH times I visited the Beauty Supply store. I typically don't take the time to post about my experiences at stores/restaurants (as I should) however; the customer service at Bobo's was extremely incredible that I felt it was necessary for me do so. I had the pleasure of meeting a young lady by the name of Claudia, who not only was a delight to work with but she was very knowledgeable about different brands and styles of hair. She knew what products worked best to keep the hair up to maintain the look. NOT to mention she worked WITH my hair and gave me some pointers as to how I can better care for it. Now here is my thing... sometimes women can be slightly "catty" or not willing to lend a help, or WANT to help another woman ...regardless if it' their job or not...but this Claudia...she went way beyond the call of duty. She also assisted my friend with purchasing the right hair color and brand that she felt would work best for her hair. It's seems rare these days to meet people who are still kind, and willing to assist these days but Claudia was just a reminder that kind ppl still do exist. SHE ROCKS...the only BAD thing I can say is...she ONLY works on Saturday (and some Friday evenings) ...I waited all week to go back to Bobo's just to have her assist me. lol....The other ladies at the beauty supply store appeared to work well with the customers and seemed pretty knowledgeable themselves ..however; Claudia is my fav... The store seems to carry a plethora of beauty items so I'm certain you can find what you looking for or Claudia can introduce you to something that is close to what you're looking for. I love this place! Selection is huge! Prices are fair and Most of the girls are very helpful, occasionally u get a bad seed w horrible attitude and the feeling of not wanting to help you. Had a hair emergency. I don't know anything about hair extensions, care etc when I walked in an employee greeted me friendly and willing to help. It was very reassuring.
