A simple exchange would have resolved the issue and shown that they value their customers. Sadly, they were unwilling to work with me in any way. When Ana asked if I wanted to do get a full set to get that look? I explained that I do not wear "fake nails" and will probably take them off after the wedding. Ana was honest and suggested I do not waste my money and to get a Gel manicure and pedicure to feel more comfortable. Ana took her time, which I enjoyed. I didn't feel rushed to leave since she books only by appointment during the week. Ana was so great at what I wanted that she educated me with nail health, and all the new items that I may want to use if I decided to continue to get GEL. I ended up waiting about an hour while staff kept going back and forth, clearly frustrated about who was going to deal with my nail. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Eventually, a different technician took over, and the service was rough and painful. She was pulling my hand, filing aggressively on the sides, and it actually hurt. The nail was done carelessly and didn't even match the rest of my set. On top of that, the attitude was obvious. Between the tone, looks, and the way they were going back and forth in their language, it was clear I was being treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. Don't assume customers don't notice just because you're speaking another language. After years of loyalty, this was extremely disappointing. I felt disrespected and unwelcome.
