I felt like $20 was a lot to blow on a small bundle of colored hair extension that would be enough to do one streak, but I guess it's normal for a micro clip type strand (not that I'm happy about that, can you tell? HAHA). Lady seemed to kind of look down on me b/c I was dressed in my grungy workout gear, but she was helpful enough at least, and not rude. Writing this review for my mother. She had a horrible experience on Friday September 28th, 2018. It was her first time there and says that there was a lady whom was pregnant who was working there and she was extremely rude answering my mother with short answers and replying to her in a "are you stupid?" way. I'm here to say that it was uncalled for and judging by your previous reviews, your location is unprofessional and will be sharing our experience with others. So whoever this pregnant representative is, should be addressed and be dealt with by upper management. I love this beauty supply. I drive from Orange County just to shop here. They have everything I need, and everything I never expected them to have. I was very surprised that they had a few of my favorite products that I have seen on Instagram. Complete disappointment with this place, never shopping her again. I'm a hairstylist and bought hair for a client. I purchased the actual bobos brand, after one wash her hair ratted up in dreads, she finally brushed it out but after a few hours it would rat up again. I tried returning it for her because I felt hair in for less than a week, looking they way it was, was completely unacceptable. But their customer service is horrible and only got a small percentage off the next pack of hair. But I'm a nice person and bought new hair for my client, money out of my own pocket. Full disappointment. Talking to other stylists now, they all say the same thing. Bobos hair quality is very poor and just ratts up. Do not go here. FYI Paul Mitchell the conditioner is not cheap at any other store the first time I brought a bottle at Cvs it was $19.99 plus tax that came out to 23 and some change for 10.14 fluid ounces, but thankfully Bobos has the same 10.14 fluid ounces of Paul Mitchell's The conditioner for $10.99. MY SISTER WAS TREATED LIKE A QUEEN, AS SHE DESERVES TO BE. My sister had recently recovered from a mastectomy and had had her first round out of 16 chemo treatments. She needed to find a wig quick because her hair was falling out. We had just come from another wig store where we were treated horribly. The owner treated us like trash. We were apprehensive stepping in to Bobos due to the recent bad experience but were pleasantly surprised. Claudia assisted us. The service was night and day. She brought out wig after wig after wig. No question was a wrong question to her. She let us comb and style the wigs. She allowed my nieces to take part in the process with their mom. After 30 minutes of her working with us we told her what had happened to us at the other wig store. Her eyes filled with tears and responded, "That breaks my heart because we get many cancer patients in here. I'm shocked!" We stayed for almost 2 hours trying to make a decision and decided to buy 2 wigs. It was the best money spent. We were able to find great quality wigs and support a small business where customer service is superb! We received a whole lot of coupons and you better believe this will be the ONLY beauty supply store I will ever need to visit. read more

I bought this wig 2 weeks ago, original cost was almost 400 dollars, i got a discount because it was the last one on display. This was the worst quality hair, it sheds and matted up. This store is okay if you already know what you want and do not need help in figuring it out. It sucks if you have no idea what you need and want to ask questions on certain products. The service was not good and the ladies working there seemed to hate the fact that they had to be there and did not really smile at me when I asked for help. They responded in short and rude phrases and I had to ask multiple times until I finally got someone's attention. The prices here are not cheaper compared to other beauty supply stores and you definitely get what you pay for - this means that if you buy something for a lower price, then generally, the quality will not be as good. There is one girl there who is very sweet and takes her time, then usu. 2 standing around doing nothing. So if you aren't first in line, forget it. I have found Bobo's Beauty Supply sales clerks in Rancho Cucamonga and Upland to very courteous and helpful. They also are very patient, and allows the customer to browse at their leisure. I especially like the Upland location (the newest) because it is much more spacious, bright, light and full of hair, make-up, skincare, nail, accessories and other beauty products. They are always fully stocked and have a wide variety of products in every category to choose from. Do NOT buy hair from here. I have brought several human hair wigs that have been quite expensive. They are over priced because the wigs feel like they are half Synthetic and half human after less then one month of buying them. Your better off going online finding some good places. They are playing the community with those half nappy not lasting human hair wigs they sell. This is my first experience with a hair store and I have been to many. Also if you are active duty Military don't feel special when they give you a 10% discount because it is also offered for everyone even though your military and have done different and more with being in the service deployed. Also I feel like I'm getting played with each wig I have brought because they last less then a month and I spend $150-$350 each time. One star because of the of the employee Asian lady that works there. She seems very fake and pushy. I've been a bobos customer for a very long time and I only support the business because I love the employees they have the girls very knowledgeable. But when comes to the Asian lady u can sense her fakeness she's rude and I have noticed a couple of times that I've been here how bad she talks to her employees in-front of the customers. She's very unprofessional and doesn't know how to be discreet when talking to her employees especially about customers. Seems like she constantly checking to see how much we spend and that is very uncomfortable for the customers. She seems to always be behind her employees when it comes to cashing us out!!
