Since we were relocating from out of state, we wanted the flooring done before we arrived. We even had our realtor leave a lockbox so measurements could be taken in advance. We finalized the details and paid the deposit on June 26th -- then communication completely dropped off. No updates. No responses to follow-ups. Nothing. My husband finally drove down to Florida on July 7th to figure out what was going on -- only to find that demo had just started, two weeks later. Worse, the wrong areas were demoed, including our kitchen, hallway, and bathroom, which delayed work on our daughter's room. That alone made this experience extremely stressful for our family. Installation didn't begin until July 14th, and our furniture (already delayed and sitting in storage) was scheduled to arrive the 18th. Flooring was incomplete, and we were told if we delayed furniture again, they couldn't guarantee a future delivery date. We ended up picking up additional materials ourselves on July 21st, just to keep things moving. I had to call again on the 23rd to find out when they'd finish. They finally came on July 26th to complete the last room. The crew was friendly and the floors look nice now, but we had to ask them to reinstall all the doors and finish the master bathroom. The lack of communication throughout this entire process was unacceptable. We still have more rooms to do, but we will not be using Flooring Master again. We can't recommend them to anyone.

Met Eric, he and his father are co-owners. Very personable and professional. I appreciated his suggestions on carpet quality and color. What impressed me was their very competitive pricing. I chose a carpet Eric recommended with a color which would tie in with my current wood flooring. I also ordered an upgraded pad Eric suggested. A few days later installers arrived and got right to work removing old carpet and pad ensuring all the old material was discarded in the trash. Both installers are real pros and very polite and personable. They even vacuumed the newly installed carpet! When they left everything was spotless; the carpet looks gorgeous and the upgraded pad makes for an unusually comfortable feel on my feet. I couldn't be happier. They are knowledgeable, and communicate well with the customer throughout the entire process. Continued success!

Mrs. Brown showed up at my door as we had previously scheduled with homemade oatmeal cookies in hand. She serviced our carpeted family room, living room, dining room, master bedroom and closet. She was in and out in just a little over an hour. The house smelled wonderful and my carpets were all clean. I'll definitely be hiring them again for future floor cleaning needs!!

Our low grade carpet from when we purchased a brand new home is about five years old, well worn with pets, honestly, my wife and I talk about replacing the carpet, but why? Nicole and Michael whole heartedly make the carpet look brand new. The high traffic areas get a little spots on them, the surface of the carpet looks fuzzy and worn, and we're thinking now it's time to replace the carpet, they do their job on it and it looks brand new! I think the spots are just part of the carpet now, they clean them, completely gone. They spray the carpet with this very pleasant citrus spray, go over it with a rotating machine and really clean it. We have two cats, are constantly vacuuming the carpet and one of them has a habit of throwing up almost daily, we have cleaned the spots off the carpet so many times and when Michael and Nicole come we wonder why we ever stressed about it at all, the carpet looks brand new again. Having true professionals who really get in and do it right add to the quality environment in our home because everything smells and looks clean and new. Using them is like very good maintenance and I think it probably makes the carpet last longer. I know one thing, I don't feel like replacing it after they come. Purchased bathroom cabinets and granite countertops and backsplashes in August 2022 from Cabinet…read moreand Stone International. I had worked with them before for kitchen cabinets and countertops and was satisfied with their work. They gave us a great price for the bathroom cabinets and countertops, so I purchased and scheduled a date for measurements for the installation. Their installers came out to measure, but did not notify us that a couple electrical outlets needed to be moved up a couple inches to allow the backsplash to be installed. When the installers arrived a week or so later, the last backsplash could not be installed due to the fact that the electrical outlets were in the way. So I hired an electrician who came out the following week and moved the outlets - that was early September 2022. Here it is today, January 11, 2023 - more than 4 months after initial installation, and Cabinet and Stone still has not finished the installation I paid for. After several calls, texts and emails - and several promises from them that someone would come to finish the job, they still have not sent anyone to finish. I finally had to hire someone else to finish the job that Cabinet and Stone International apparently refused to complete.
