I chose a carpet Eric recommended with a color which would tie in with my current wood flooring. I also ordered an upgraded pad Eric suggested. A few days later installers arrived and got right to work removing old carpet and pad ensuring all the old material was discarded in the trash. Both installers are real pros and very polite and personable. They even vacuumed the newly installed carpet! When they left everything was spotless; the carpet looks gorgeous and the upgraded pad makes for an unusually comfortable feel on my feet. I couldn't be happier. After paying a 50% deposit on July 10, I was told I would be scheduled immediately. That didn't happen. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a start date. Communication was poor and unprofessional, with broken promises and missed callbacks. The crew finally arrived on July 29. The tile was installed with an extremely thin grout line--something I was never asked to approve but chose to accept. They said they would return the next day to grout and then come back the following day to move the heavy furniture back, which was the agreement I had in place with their representative. Instead, they grouted the next day and replaced the furniture less than an hour later, ignoring the recommended 24-hour grout curing time. When I called the project manager, his dismissive response was, "What do you want them to do?" The crew came back to remove the furniture, clearly annoyed, and became argumentative and disrespectful in my home. One even said they used a thin grout line specifically so they could move the furniture sooner. Later, I was contacted by someone in management, Jonny Sibrian, whose tone was equally rude and condescending. I explained I was arranging a third-party inspection to ensure the tile wasn't damaged due to rushed furniture placement or the use of vinegar (an acidic cleaner that can harm uncured grout). Instead of understanding, he accused me--twice--of trying to avoid paying my bill and even made a veiled threat. I've always paid for quality work, and I fully intend to pay the balance if the job passes inspection. But the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disrespect I experienced with this company were unacceptable. I would not recommend Perfect Choice Flooring to others based on how I was treated or the quality of their work.

He arrived Sunday morning and removed the old carpet and installed the carpet quickly. I was very very impressed with how quickly he was able to get the job done when he was given such a short amount of time. Carpet installation was perfect!! We really appreciate it! I spent a lot of money on tile that was not laid level and had to be buffed down, damaging the integrity of my tile and ultimately leading to cracks. I lost at least a quarter inch of half inch marble tile due to his complete incompetence. In court, I had no recourse, as he had simply closed the business. This man took thousands from me and left my house a complete disaster. What an absolute horrible thing to do to another human being.

These guys did two bathrooms for the price the other company wanted for one. Garry was the installer. After he finished one we decided to have him do the other one too. A&E worked around our schedule. The end result was very pleasing. As we wanted additional requests and minor changes he included it. They were very professional. Bob coordinated the job and got the extra materials needed. He also took time with us and really helped us selecting our tile. My wife and I are planning on having them tile kitchen too so I will have an update soon.

Yeager Flooring did a phenomenal job on my kitchen floor. They were very reliable every step of the…read moreway. First, Jim came out when he said he would to look at my kitchen, and give me a quote. The quote was reasonable, so I accepted. Then his crew showed up the day he said they would, and work commenced. The first thing they did was lay down protective covering over my wood floors from my door to my kitchen, so the floors stayed protected the entire time. To say they found some issues with my existing kitchen floor is an understatement. It was a wreck; water damage, rotting wood, tile laid on top of vinyl flooring laid on top of terrazzo - yikes! Jim and his crew sent pictures of what they were discovering every step of the way, and were quick to reassure me it could all be repaired. In addition to pulling up the damaged flooring, they also replaced some drywall that had mold on it from the previous water damage. Once the tiling started, it went super quick. I love how meticulous the tile layer was; making sure tiles were equally spaced, making sure the new floor was level with existing floors, and finally, having the new thresholds match my existing pine floors. All in all they did a fantastic job, and I will definitely be using their services again on both my bathrooms.

Cost 16k.This was a rental house that I wanted to remodel and sell. I signed the contract everything was included in the price. The crew was excellent.. Respectfull, worked hard and consistent. They also cleaned up. Was very pleased with the outcome of the installation of the floor.. A young man came out to install new tile on the fireplace. The workers that installed the LVP installed over were the hearthstone was to be. I notified Yeager he said it could be fixed. The young man complete the install of new tile on the fireplace it looks beautiful, he did a very good job. But did not install a hearthstone. That was the last I heard from Mr Yeager. This is all new to me I didn't have a clue who to choose to remodel a home. I went by word of mouth. While they were installing the floor I was getting billed for removal of the toilets so they could install the LVP. It confused me. I looked through the contact and saw it was included. This was corrected. I was called to pay for the tile for the fireplace that also was included in the contract. This was corrected. I had them come and look at the hall bathroom to remodel the quote was over my budget. That's the last I heard from them. I'm not sure when it started but I noticed in the TV room the floor was popping. I would shove it down and it would stay temporarily then pop up again. Also in the bedroom it was popping other rooms looked fine. As time went on it look like a wave in the TV room. I contacted Yeager but had a hard time getting our schedule together to have someone look at the floor. It's been over a year since I contacted them I believe. I still, at that time, had not had the floors inspected by them. In the intermittent I had to have the fireplace inspected before I sold the house. The inspector couldn't pass it because the hearthstone was never installed. I contacted Yeager explained my dilemma. Weeks later they sent out a young man I explained flooring was installed over the hearthstone I need to have a hearthstone installed to pass inspection. Per the inspector the company should know a hearthstone is required in Florida. I also showed the young man from Yeager the popping floors. For the next 3/4 months I was on a goose chase with this company. It took a lot of chasing to get them to install the hearthstone about 3/4 months. They sent a young man out to install hearthstone he did a beautiful job. However prior to the worker coming out Yeager quoted I believe 900$ to install the hearthstone. I paid I believe 1600$ to replace the tile, and hearthstone so I paid for it already. I wasn't going to pay for this mistake. I had to buy the tile with my own money 150$ to complete the hearthstone which all tile was to be included in the price in the original contract. I brought it just to get the job done. I am still having issues with the floor. The young man who installed the hearthstone fixed 1 panel only and said the floor is waving due to moisture, also nailed a piece of baseboard that was separated from the wall. And off he went. The baseboard molding is a whole new story. The painters had to glue all the baseboard molding in the kitchen and TV room it all separate. The inside of the house was painted about a year after install of the LVP floors. The baseboard molding didn't hold up. I contacted by text the young man I was working with about the fireplace and asked if the flooring was covered it needs to be fixed. This was 2 months ago. I've been ghosted. No response back. So, I'm pretty frustrated at this point. I can hire a company to fix it but I'll lose the warranty. I hope your experience with their service will be better than mine. No complaints about their installers they do good work. It's when you need repair or replacement of product that concerns me

Just wanted to thank Start2finish who did a fantastic job for my wife and I. We had all the…read moreexisting flooring removed, a combination of carpet(stairs) tile ( powder Room, kitchen and laundry room) and laminate removed and disposed of. The floor needed levelling using liquid concrete and ground down in areas to make it perfectly smooth. The new flooring was picked up by them from a third party and laid throughout the bottom level of our condo and stairs plus the upstairs landing. They also installed new 5 1/4" baseboard. As we live in Canada communication was all done via phone and texts. Everything went smoothly. Thanks to Bill and David the on site supervisor. We are hoping to use them to install new kitchen cabinets and countertops sink and faucet. Highly recommended.

They completed a very small job for us; tiling a small shower. As we are in a condo building with…read morerules that don't allows tile saws in common spaces. Instead of cutting with a diamond cutter vs a saw or at least using the saw where it is allowed (in the parking lot), the tile setter used the saw inside a small condo! There was dust everywhere in every room and on every surface. He didn't even clean up beyond a simple sweep in the small bath when he completed the job with grouting etc. We thought that the rather high price quoted for the job would come with this professional courtesy but all we got was 100$ credit on a $3k bill that was increased by 250$ since the 1st quote. The final job install looks good, however, you leave a job in a better place than when you got it. The place was a mess and required a professional cleaning. Not impressed!
