I came here for years while I worked in a restaurant in Hollywood all good no problems. I left that job now my son got one and he's wearing a chef shirt. Very proud of him. Well I went to pick up the shirt. They charged me $14.70 and they called it a coat I said how is this a coat the nice lady couldn't explain how it was a coat she said that's just how they charge now I'm guessing they thought it was a Lab coat which would still be a lot of money, but this is a shirt. It ends at the waist and it couldn't be explained to me. I could not imagine paying $75 a week or $300 a month or $3600 a year at $15 each for cleaning a shirt. My go to cleaners, they have convenient times, convenient location, and good prices. Who's got time to wash and iron your own shirts nowadays? Just drop them off and they come back cleaned and pressed! Plus everyone is nice and they take credit cards! Parking can be a real pain in the morning because you have to fight with all the customers for the Starbucks drive thru located in this strip mall. Park around the corner! Next time? I went in to get some pants hemmed. I asked for original him they said yes no problem they , said it would be $14 then when I bring my stuff in later on that evening they say it's going to be $18 a pair. So I said that's fine but as long as you keep the original hemmed ....they again said no problem. " which that right there is very rude because they quoted me a price I left went home had to drive all the way there and then they tell me a different price, that's not fair to me I would've went somewhere else" The real problem is when I got my pants back, only one of them was actually original hemmed, however they still charge me like they did all four pairs. The one pair they did do I had to send back because the seams were already busted and they weren't even seemed on the side. No matter how you put it that's just stealing. We ran into an emergency situation with my daughter's bridesmaid's dress for my other daughter's wedding. We discovered stains on her dress two days before the wedding. I called another neighborhood dry cleaner and they weren't interested in helping. We drove to Legacy Cleaners and spoke to Olga. What a kind, considerate person she is! In by 10 am and out by 5pm. With 24hr drop off. Makes it easy. Like dry cleaning should be. I didn't have anything too difficult but got it back and clean/pressed same day. Plus I noticed they have a sign up for their September Tailoring special. Pants - Hem Special $8 and every Thursday only $6. Wow! For the pants that are bit too long, or those sleeves... ha ha, done. I went back a few times and the manager does not seem to be there anymore. There is a younger girl who is working there now who is either in the back eating, watching tv, listening to Spanish music, or on her cellphone. When she does come to the front, I feel rushed and not appreciated as a customer. The last time I went, I pointed out a stain that I would like the dry cleaner to try to get out. I felt like I was a bother as she grabbed my item roughly and put on the red tape on the stain with an attitude. The manager was always so sweet and made me want to come back. To the owner, I gave you two stars because I liked the way you have been cleaning my clothes, but the people you have now don't want to work and will run away good customers. I honestly have dreaded going to your cleaners in the last couple of months because of her nasty attitude. I was hoping I would see the manager there again, but never have. Went in today 8-26-21 the staff didn't catch her name Hispanic women look to be in her 40's or so very unprofessional. As soon as I walked in she appeared preoccupied sitting on her phone and looked at me as if I was disrupting her peace. She took my information as it was my first visit she never quoted the price I however observed that it was $11 for one small "short" dress. I returned few minutes later informing her I noticed the price after looking at the receipt and decided I would try a more affordable cleaners. She then dumped my dress out on the counter that was amongst other people dirty items as if my clothing was trash then asked for the paper back. Just absolutely rude! Customer service goes a long way! Maybe If her attitude had been pleasant upon going in there maybe I would have paid the extra four dollars that they were charging but the high price attached to her nasty attitude! I should've checked Yelp before leaving my romper here. So I had a seam I want repaired. I came in on a Wednesday and was told it would be ready by Friday 5pm. Simple seam repair. NBD, right? Here I am at 5:15pm and the woman tells me, "Oh it seems he (her boss) never got to it. He left early today. Does Monday work?" Wtf. What if I needed it for the weekend? Thankfully I don't need it urgently but that is poor customer service. By the way, not once did she say sorry about the mishap. This place is great. I've been coming here for years. It's conveniently located right next to Starbucks so I frequently drop/pick up laundry and grab my phone-ordered iced americano next door. What I really like about this place is that I can drop off today typically pick up within 2days. I can also drop off after hours through their drop box (you will need a bag with your phone number on/in it). Every now and then I will bring back an item for re-cleaning if thy missed a stain or something, but this is very rare. I think they broke a button like ONCE in the many years I've been coming and they fixed it upon request. Sometime I feel like the price creeps up on me, but the average quality of the work is high. Poor cleaning service. Picked my dress up and it didn't smell like it was cleaned. My vest came back missing an attachment. So I took the dress and vest back and they still didn't fix the attachment to my vest. The dress came back okay. I will take my vest back again for them to correct the error, but after that they'll no longer get my service. read more

2 stars for the unprofessional service. It should've been 1, but the girl who helped me deserves recognition. I was very loyal to the cleaners while they were located on Anza and Sepulveda. I dropped off a large area rug on 3/29 and she told me it would take 2 weeks. I thought, "wow thats a long time, but, okay." She actually put the pick up date for a little over 2 weeks: 4/14. I figured it was maybe because they were transitioning from one location to another. I go in on 4/14 at the new location, and the girl working proceeds to tell me it's not ready, and doesn't know when it will be. (...okay...) I give her my name and number to call me. She doesn't call. I call after the weekend of Easter and she said "the call didn't connect or something" (...okay...) then she tells me my rug will be ready on 4/25. Almost ANOTHER 2 weeks!! She actually said, "I don't know what happened to your rug." And I really had to fight for this information, they weren't going to tell me this unless I kept bothering them about my rug. This is a business right?? I told her I will not be paying full price. I call on 4/26 to triple check & make sure my rug is ready and that I will be paying a discounted price. She told me that the original price for cleaning was $80, and the best they can do is 30% off. Holy c**p, I almost lost it. $80?! For a rug that took a month to clean?! I should've just bought a new one! The 30% off offer was a joke, as I already had a 30% off coupon from them to redeem at the new location! I told her I will only pay 50% or less. She proceeds to tell me 30% off only-- again. I told her I won't accept that. She said she will call her boss then get back to me. She calls me back, the boss told her to tell me, "$55 is the best we can do." I told them I will only pay $40 or less! They took double the time to clean my rug, therefore I'm going to pay only half. I asked to speak to her boss, or to please put me in contact with them. She said, "No... I had to text her, she's at her other job right now." WOW, I have never experienced a business who handles customers like this. The boss must just have the poor girl do all their dirty work, and they probably stay off the scene as much as possible. You know what ended up happening?! I refused to pay more than $40, so the girl said, "You can come pick up your rug for 40 and i will personally pay the difference because it's on my register, I don't think it's fair either." you may not get your cleaning back. they charged 35.00 to wash a blanket that coat 16,99 at Ross.She charged me 31.00 to wash a sheet set & told me this is their price and thats it I only spent 14.99 for the sheet set...Every word was a lie..they don't know how to fold clothes.terribly wrinkled .The recept was so blurred you couldn't read.Now i see why...My blouses came back with spots, that I got out at home...I was over charged & the girl told one lie after the other. I used this place about 5 times now. Today I went to pick up my laundry. A young girl was at the counter. She brought out my clothes and charge me more than $18. I suspected something was wrong. So, I asked for the full list of charge after she swiped my credit card. To my horror, I saw they charge "environmental fee" twice and they also charge my cotton shirt was a "sweater" - which is $5.25. This is a rip off. Even dry cleaning itself is only $2.58. Folks be creafeul! When you check out, she will just tell u the price but she never give u list of items and respective charge. This is the way things could go wrong!!! I try to debate and ask for a refund on that "sweater" (i.e., I will leave it there and pick up next time when boss is there). The young girl refused. She said she didn't know how to do refund. BS. What a lier! Then I asked her to call her boss. Then she said boss usually off her cell phone. Terrible terrible. She charged to my credit card and now she refused to refund. I told her this is not the way to do business. She just ignored my comments. I left and swear I will not go there anymore. I don't want to deal with dishonest people, even if it is cheating of $5+. Again, this is not the way to do business by (a) not telling your customer exactly how much you will charge for their clothing, and (b) the twice environmental charge, and (c) any things not stated clearly to the customer. Folks (guys) - other than shirts (which is $1.50 each if u send in 2), don't send in anything else. The more u send in, she will try to rip you off bcos u can't keep track what is what. She will tell u "well, this is a sweater but she won't tell you what is the price". I insisted on "dry cleaning" only which is $2.58 but she never did the dry cleaning. She just charge your item according to her own category without getting your consent on the price. This is dishonest. No No.. these folks should not operate here.
