First thing Monday morning, we called First Class Automotive about getting the SUV checked out and fixed. Don was very professional and helped confirm the information we needed in order to exercise the warranty we have on our car. At least that way we could get reimbursed for the repair expense when we returned home. We had the vehicle towed within the hour. Don told my significant other that if we could get it there by around noon, they'd make time to look at it that day. He called a couple of hours after the vehicle arrived at their shop and explained that a wheel bearing was bad, etc. Turns out he had the part for our Nissan, and they had some time in the afternoon since the part for another customer had not arrived yet. He called by 4pm and said it was fixed. The very next morning we were back on the road and our SUV is driving great. They were a big help in being prompt and communicative so that we could we could enjoy our vacation without having to spend too much on a rental car. We highly recommend this shop!

John, the owner/manager was very rude and unprofessional. He up-charged the warranty approved amount by over $300 on a $400 bill. I think he took advantage of a stranded out of state young lady. When I called to discuss the bill he ranted about his overhead and the cost of running a business. The warranty company paid his shop labor rate and fair market rate for the parts. I paid the bill so he would release the car. Would not recommend this shop.
