Went to go get my drive shaft fixed took a while and when I got my car back said it was leaking oil, took it down to denver for an oil change for them to tell me my oil pan was broken. Called first class to see what was going on and it turns out it " all my fault" I have a picture from under my car of the oil pan and it clearly does look like they did some damage. After that they didn't want to fix it , pay for it to get towed or give me my money back. Took it to another shop come to find out all the "work" they were doing on my car is all jacked up because they dont know what they are doing . Don't go to first class unless you want to be paying a leg and an arm and not have your car for more than 2 months

I brought in my 2024 Subaru Outback XT because I was hearing a squeal from the left rear wheel and assumed it was the low brake pad warning. I asked them to replace the pads if they were worn. They called me back shortly after inspection and told me the pads were actually in great shape -- not even close to needing replacement. Some debris had worked its way in and cleared out during inspection. No upsell, no unnecessary work. Brakes were fine. They also noticed I was at the 42K service interval and offered to take care of that while the car was there. I dropped it off at 8:00 AM and picked it up by 9:30 AM. Fair price, fast turn. Great service, honest assessment, efficient turnaround, and genuinely good people. I'm glad to have found a reliable local option for car repairs in Winter Park.

Tom, the head mechanic, answered my call on a Sunday and met me at his shop. He was able to diagnose the problem and replace the hose, having me back on the road in 2 hours.
