My husband and I have used Justine's for all our auto repairs for the past 7 years I'd say and have been satisfied every time. His prices are extremely reasonable and he only does what needs to be done without up charging or doing anything unnecessary. He is trustworthy, does very good work and the bill is always lower than we expect it to be. He's been helpful and accommodating in a couple of special circumstances when we or insurance needed documentation from him. He has a new location which we haven't been to yet (knock on wood!) but we will continue to use Justine's for his honesty, professionalism, expert service and fair pricing. read more

Tow truck driver saw fresh brake fluid when he put the hooks into the vehicle to pull it up on the flat bed. He told me my brake line blew, which probably caused the accident. Wanted a simple statement from them saying that, but they "didn't want to get involved". WTF? Do the right thing, Justin! Do not call them if you need help. read more

Mechanics are one of those services that you need to trust, and when you find a good one, you never go anywhere else. You can trust Justin's Automotive. I travel 45 minutes, and pass multiple other garages while on my way to Justin's. Justin and his crew are honest and do great work. They don't try to talk you into doing work you do not need like many other places will. My wife also brings her car there without me which is a big deal for her. Before being recommended to Justin's, my wife would bring her car places for small things, oil changes, tire rotation, and always get talked into some additional BS work. Justin's doesn't take advantage of people without knowledge of cars, including women. Terrible , dishonest , money hungry shop. I thought I had finally found a shop that I could trust But I was wrong. I don't mind paying top dollar and book price even if it takes 1/4 of the time most of the time to do the actual repair but don't make problems up that don't exist and scare people into paying out of their nose Just so they can have piece of mind.This shop does not communicate with their customers honestly and in my case not at all when it came to very important issues that needed to be addressed and can be life threatening on the road.Its that simple. They won't communicate with you unless there's Big money to be made . read more

I've been here three times already. Each time has been a been good experience so far, especially with Anthony and the woman behind the desk, Carol. The first time I was having an issue with my brake pads and tires. Anthony was patient and explained everything to me in a way I understood (don't know much about cars). He even came out for a drive with me so he could hear the sound my car was making. As it turned out, I needed two new tires. Oddly enough, he directed me to Mavis down the road as he said they would be able to offer a better deal than he could give me. He did ask for me to come back afterward, just to double check that the tires were sitting correctly on the frame etc. I did just that and he looked everything over for me to make sure it was done right. The second time I needed an inspection - nothing major - and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Quick and effective. The third time will be this weekend, as I will need new spark plugs in my engine. In speaking with Justin himself, he explained why the labor is intensive for this kind of job (considering the make and model of my car) and gave me an estimate for what the cost could be. He couldn't state definitively as he has yet to look at my car. He also said to me yesterday that it's not an immediate need for me to leave my car, that I can bring it back in this weekend as I should be okay until then. He could have told me I needed to keep it there and pressed me for money etc., but he didn't. Additionally, the receptionist is always willing and able to work with my schedule as she knows it's the only car I own at the moment. I appreciate the people who work here because they are up front and realistic about what needs to be done with your car - no BS. I also appreciated the fact that they were honest enough not to rip me off by trying to get me to buy tires through them. It's really hard to find a reliable mechanic these days, as so many are ready and willing to take advantage and rip you off. Justin's is not one of those places. read more

Bunch of criminals. Told me that my break lines were rusted and about to snap. Needed whole new gas tank because of it. They quoted me 3 grand, for break lines and gas lines. I went to my mechanic and he said my break lines were fine and the job cost me 1200 bucks. Never again will I go here. read more

So I brought my vehicle to Justin's to get an inspection sticker they call us that day and say that we need a new wheel bearing and hub so we decide to let them do it we pick up the car and I'm driving it for about a week or two and realize that there's a really bad vibration up front so I bring it to my house I jack it up and first they never tightens down the hub nut then I realized that they never even replaced the hub or the bearing all of it was the original stuff that we brought it there with so essentially these criminals charged us $750 for an inspection sticker they should at least take people out to dinner before they fuck them they deserve to be in jail because I'm sure I'm not the only person that they've done this to read more

Stay away! I was recently towed off the road and taken one mile away. Later, I was told that the going rate was $50 dollars a day to house my vehicle in their barnyard like lot and over $500 dollars to put my vehicle on a tow and move it about a mile away to the shop. This fee including a debri clean up which I'm sure was picking up my car and putting it on the tow. Literally, a highway rip off. If you are in a accident and have time or energy to think do not let the Trooper call for a tow. They share fees. read more
