When I called him to question the charges ,he went on an expletive filled rant without answering my questions about the bill. Recently I called him again to find out why the bill was $100 dollars more-he refused to give me an answer. I will never hire this guy again. Giving him 1 star is being generous. If I had been on site, I should have got a notarized copy of the estimate.
