The units continually cycles, making a sound like a fog horn heard throughout the house. After repeated requests to service this problem, a representative finally came and told me some nonsense about needing a 20-gallon tank added. Repeated calls to resolve the issue were met with no response. They clearly put in the wrong or a defective unit and are avoiding responsibility. These people are both incompetent and deceptive. I will have no choice but to hire another plumber to repair or replace the unit and sue Red Rock to recover my original expense for purchasing the unit as well as the costs to repair or replace it. Stay away from these people!

Paul and his team have done an outstanding job, starting with an energy audit that assessed the entire house. They then offered us a wide range of efficiency upgrades, without any pressure to choose a particular solution. We've ended up doing the work in phases, and now the house is buttoned up and ready to switch over to ductless heat pumps and a HPHW heater. We've been really pleased with their work and we look forward to working with them again.

We figured what's the big deal being I just brought my oil tank up to compliance three years ago. They failed it for a slightly bent leg on it. This same leg was slightly bent when installed three years ago. After I straightened it out. I called them to get the red tag off. They lead me to believe that they are not going to until I replace the tank. And they totally dismissed me when I told them there is a down syndrome child in the home without heat. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this tank. This is not right. Please do not sign up with them.
