I have purchased 5 different trucks from Champion. They are more interested in changing their commercials every other week than they are ensuring a good Service Dept. After never receiving a call from Butch or the Gen mgr of Service, I drove to ask status. I was then told that "Ford denied it" I said could you please check again, Solomon Ford has assured me over and over it is a covered item. I was getting no where with Champion and if you ask me one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. No one took the time to further investigate my issue. I told Solomon that I'd try another Ford dealership. BOB FERRANDO took 20mins to see it was covered and called the next day for pics. Within 2 days the part was ordered.
