Today I called Bob's Mobil to inquire about having a new tire mounted on a zero turn mower. I was told to bring in the tire and they would mount the tire on the rim and call me when it was done. I explained that I lived in Waterford and asked if I could wait so that I would not have to drive back. Dan was very helpful and said to give him a few minutes and he would mount the tire on the rim. A few minutes later after he finished the tires that he was working on he started to dismount the tire and a few minutes later he had the new tire installed on the rim and I was on my way. Thanks Dan for helping me out. I have gone to Bob's Mobil before and will continue to return because they went out of their way to get me taken care of. A good experience overall. I took my truck for an oil change and a starting problem. I asked them to look for a parasatic draw on the battery. They charged me $ 442.00 for a new battery and an oil change. They said there was no parasatic draw. A week later I can not start mt truck, after a jump start, it died at the drive up at my bank. Trapped in my truck I had to call for a jump to leave. I've been getting my oil changes here for 2 years now. Never had any issues and they've always done what was asked. They've always been quick to get me out the door since I have to wait and its never taking longer than an hour to get my oil changed. read more

My car from this place was towed 11 miles at the cost of 80.00 dollars. the trans line came off the raditor and lost fluid so the car would not move because of the loss of transmission fluid. so he put 2 hose clamps on and refilled the transmission with 6 quarts of fluid. at a total cost of 289.00 dollars with tax. I really think this falls into the category of insanity charging. Stay away from this service station!!!!!!! read more

i lived in the area and used them about 3 times. later i found out that shoddy work or no work was done. i took it in for a diagnosis and they said it was my alternator [it was a very very cold day]. all they did was turn the key and not drive the car one block to see the real problem. they did not follow instructions and then stuck me with a charge. also they replaced my tie rods and didn't grease them. i drove around and it was making horrible noise. i take it back and they want to charge me to work on it. i show them the paper showing they did it and i got no apology. they are also parts replacers. dont trust them at all. read more

First of all... they want to charge $170 for the blend door on an 02 Chevy that sits above the gas pedal when the part is $45-$65 at varying parts stores... then the want to charge $400 For labor when it is a 2 hour job. $200/hour labor rates from a fucking gas station auto repair shop. Lmfao! They have been nothing but a rip off time after time after time again. It baffles my mind that they have such a good rating when I dont know anyone within a 20 mile radius that can stand the place. They also took parts off of my truck and ordered a replacement without ever asking for my consent and are demanding I pay for said part and will not give me my original parts nor the part numbers off of them. They are a flat out fucking scam. Also $80 For an oil change on a gasser... riiiiight. They are one step away from a lawsuit and a report to the BBB. read more

WAY overpriced if you're looking for a tow. I had them tow my truck from Union Grove to Bristol... 7miles. They charged me $100. Floyds towed that same truck from downtown Racine to Union Grove (20miles) for $80. I won't use them ever again. A shame since I like to give my business to local businesses in my own town but I also can't afford to be overcharged either. Lesson learned. read more
