I just bought a new Toyota Crown with black leather interior. I love my car, but it really gets hot quickly. The dealer told me about ceramic window tinting. I did my due diligence and called around to gather information about the tinting itself, and the prices. I was very concerned when a couple places told me they would not touch my car. I decided to make an appointment with New Wave. When I brought my car in I discussed my concerns about other places not doing my car. He explained the probable reason to me. He was very confident in his skills and had no concerns. He brought out a roll of film to show me , and we discussed the % that would look best on my car. I felt comfortable leaving things in his hands. I was VERY pleased when I came back to pick my car up. The pricing was fair and the work top notch. On top of that, he was a really nice guy. Took our van here to get the windows tinted. Great price and they turned out great no complaints there. Only grief was that my husband had the car detailed before we took it there and when we got it back there were dirty foot prints all over not just on the floor which would be expected but on our seats and on the backside of one of the seats they had folded down. read more

First time here and all I can say is WOW. Easy to access location, very, very friendly staff, and they made my car look like new!! I brought in a very dirty Subaru crosstrek at 8am and when I picked it up the same day at 2pm, it looked like I was driving it off the lot brand new!
