Much to my surprise as I started going through the list, the majority of the customers either had moved, had not used to service in years, or no longer had dogs. I even had one guy say that they fired skip because he was absolutely terrible. As if that wasn't enough, there were a number of customers who also stated that they had been contacted by another dog waste removal company earlier in the day, with the same story that I was presenting to them, that I had bought his clientele base and was now taking over the accounts. It turns out Skip sold this owner and me the same list of accounts. This man is scum. He lied to my face about the status of his business, about who he was as a person, and about the integrity with which he does business. If this man contacts you, do not do business with him - he is scum and will con you one way or another. The screenshot is his assurances that my purchase was legit, he has since blocked my number and is not answering my calls.

Both were scheduled an executed expediently and at a very good price. Daniel did magic on the yard and managed to save our dying tree. We also set up weekly pet waste service. We always receive a text the day before and day of. Our technician, John, is always so quiet and does a through job. Afsheen has put together a wonderful professional team who takes pride in their jobs. Billing and payment is done online and is a breeze and so easy. They called right away to see what my needs would be for their service and to confirm the application information. 3. Was flexible for my first visit. 4. Text each time the day before service to remind me to make sure the gate is unlocked and dogs are out of the service area. 5. Always text when they are in route to ensure you have their safety in mind to out away dogs. 6. Always text when they arrive. 7. Always text when they leave. 8. Julie has been our trainer for obedience and e-collar, and she is truly amazing. She's extremely knowledgeable, explains everything in a way that's easy to understand, and always takes time during every class to work one-on-one with each dog and owner. You can tell she genuinely cares and wants every dog to succeed. She's also very down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and the dogs absolutely love her. Stormi is a husky, so she can definitely be stubborn and sometimes act like she doesn't understand English when she actually does. Julie really understands the breed (she has several huskies herself), which has made a huge difference. Since starting classes, Stormi's leash walking has improved the most, and she's listening to me so much better instead of barking back at me like she used to... as much. Huskies definitely still have opinions, but the improvement has been huge. I've also noticed a big boost in her confidence. So far we've completed E-Collar, Obedience 1, 2, and 3, and I'm already looking forward to continuing with Obedience 4 and eventually service dog training. One thing I really appreciate is how well Julie works with all kinds of dogs in the class. There have been reactive dogs, anxious dogs, and even deaf dogs, and she does an amazing job helping each one improve. It's really cool seeing every dog make progress week after week. I also started agility with Amanda, and that has been such a fun experience too. Agility has been an awesome bonding activity for Stormi and me, and Amanda does a great job keeping the classes engaging and supportive. I actually found Smarty Paws because I met someone at the dog park whose dog was incredibly well trained compared to Stomri, and they told me this is where they went. I'm really glad they recommended it to me, because it has been such a positive experience. The trainers are knowledgeable, energetic, and genuinely passionate about helping dogs and their owners succeed.
