I have used this service for over two months. They have been nothing but professional. 1. The sign up application process was simple. 2. They called right away to see what my needs would be for their service and to confirm the application information. 3. Was flexible for my first visit. 4. Text each time the day before service to remind me to make sure the gate is unlocked and dogs are out of the service area. 5. Always text when they are in route to ensure you have their safety in mind to out away dogs. 6. Always text when they arrive. 7. Always text when they leave. 8. They always respond to their messages when you text or call their number in a timely, super fast, manner. Below is a picture from today after the service. It has been two weeks since they last did the service and wish I had a before picture. Trust me there was a lot of doggy poo. I am suing Leslie for defamation (your past client who lived w/ me, not my mother) I have the screen shot of your message proving that she was the one in control of the backyard service & when I kicked her out, you guys canceled on me immediately once I switched to my card because "you assumed" I have a dog who got aggressive w/ other dogs in my home which is one of the defamation cases I am dealing now w/ Leslie. Clearly she told you that because like I said she was the one who called you to take her card off file after I kicked her out for drug use infront of my children & my dogs have never been in the backyard while you showed up to clean or even to witness anything that happened w/ in my home so it's funny for you to assume I have an aggressive dog......You say it's because I didn't answer the phone call but, I see now that is far from true because you guys were compensated (PAID) anyways. I've used 3-4 different services in Las Vegas, and hands down this company is the best one. Pricing is reasonable compared with other companies. Communication they have mastered. Maybe too much. Each time they come, three different texts. The day before, en route, and after they are done. It was hard to get used to at first, because with the previous company, there was no communication except when they wanted to get paid!! What a difference!! So I am very happy with Gaby and Theresa. I signed up for the biweekly service and they continue to do great. No poop in sight. No urine smell. I can walk out and enjoy my backyard again! If you are thinking of using their service, don't hesitate. I get a text the night before and on the day they arrive so I can put my dog away. Great service! Gaby and Teresa are awesome. Always on time. Always friendly. Great communication. Fast and efficient. Plus they are affordable! They always send pictures when completed and have never left my yard unsecured. I have two dogs, one is 100# and the other is 4#. His poops are smaller than a cats, but they always get all of his which is a challenge in the mulch. The sanitizer service is a must because of my concrete. Was charged $25 for them to come in person to do an estimate. They were here for less than 5 mins and they refused to do the service stating the yard was bigger than the photos sent. So I basically paid them to come look at my yard. read more

They provide great service, in a professional and timely manner. They are very careful to make sure all doors and gates are closed and secure when they come and go. They always notify of when they are coming and going, when leaving they make sure to send a pic of the doors/gates closed securely behind them. Very courteous. Highly recommended. read more

They came super late. Then after I gave them directions to where visitor parking was, I went out to meet them and didn't see them. I called and apparently they were knocking at the wrong door and left, with no call no text or anything. I was excited to use this business after having trouble finding a yard cleaner that was consistent. Upon arrival to my home while I wasn't there, I had a roommate let them in just for them to call me back immediately and tell me that my "yard" was way bigger than the photos I sent which doesn't make sense seeing as 80% of my backyard is concrete and pool where the dogs obviously know not to do their business. And also that the amount of Pet waste accumulated was in accurate to what I described during our call to which they tried to charge me more than DOUBLE what I was quoted. As anyone would, I told them that didn't sound fair and that they could leave and I would call someone else for my services. They then proceeded to charge my card a $25 CANCELLATION fee after showing up to my home looking at the yard and deciding to alter their original quote to more than double what I was originally quoted. I also received a copy of my receipt to which my name was listed as "First Name DO NOT SERVICE Last Name" which seems very unprofessional and rude seeing as I did nothing wrong except decline to pay more than what was agreed upon for services. 0/10 do not recommend their services unless you enjoy being charged $25 for someone to walk in and out of your backyard after pictures were sent during the initial estimating. read more

They inform us a day before they come, when are on their way, when they are here, and when they leave; even making sure they close the gate behind them with a photograph attached. I just started using this company (2 visits so far). I've never used a clean up service before, but after two rounds of covid, I was behind and my yard was really in need of help. I was impressed with how thorough their onboarding form was. They ask all the right questions to know what service I needed, the size and location of the area I needed cleaned, etc. Gabby and Theresa have showed up at the time they promised, they're fast, very friendly, and did a great job both visits. They text shortly before arrival, and text with a picture of the completed work when they leave. I don't really have a comparison, but I find their prices to be very fair for the service provided.
