His wife confirms our appointment the day before he is scheduled and he has never missed an appointment. HIs attention to detail and quality of work never suffer. He recently started installing exterior Christmas lights, and has solved a real problem for me, since I hate climbing on a ladder. Once you are on his schedule, he arrives on time and get's them up, then comes in early January to take them down. The only thing I have to do is have them available when he arrives. We have battery powered sunscreens for some of our windows, and when I asked Bob to replace the batteries on one that is in a place that requires a ladder to get to, he didn't hesitate. We requested exterior and interior window cleaning throughout our 2-story home with very tall windows in the vaulted ceiling entry and main room, and cleaning of glass-paneled deck railings on two balconies. The 2-man crew worked efficiently and methodically and did an excellent job throughout our house. They were careful not to disturb our furnishings and garden beds, and were pleasant to talk to. Good communication. Punctuality. Bob took his time to design my lights arrangement so they looked best. The lights look great and all the neighbors have been commenting. He thought a final touch would be some icicle lights handing across my middle arch so I found some and he returned and put them up at no cost as part of the job. They've been doing our windows inside and out for years and we always bring them back because of the great job they do. They are on time, quick, and the windows look great. When they get done, I wish I'd called them in sooner - clean windows really make a difference.
