I got a bigger frig then what we had... did all the measurements and got one to fit and it was a very very tight fit... but all is good. When all is done and said, these appliances (from anywhere) only have a certain life span. Trying to get good help nowadays for a thankless job. The store owner is a business man and is fair. His margin for problems aren't like a big store I'm sure any complaints about his help you read here were followed up on. Sometimes workers have bad days and/or lie to bosses and sometimes customers can be unreasonable. Be fair to the owner and he will be fair to you....That is what I have found anyways....

He had to order a service kit (replaced one circuit board on the back and the complete icemaker, also replaced the slide in ice tray because it broke when I pulled it out). They called when the parts were in and setup a repair date. I had to defrost my freezer/ice maker before work could start. The reschedule date was good for me.
