It's a very frustrating policy especially since everything they sell accepts returns.. (vineyard vines, jack Rogers, sail to sable etc) so unfortunately if I see something in the store I like I will purchase directly from the company instead of buying local. BUT, Kim came around the corner & said WAIT, come here & try this on; Kim put me in a beautiful long crocheted white LONG "duster" for $69.
