When I arrived at 10:45am they told me they didn't have the tire yet but said it would be there in 15-30 minutes. Fine, I waited. An hour later, they still didn't have it. Why wasn't I told that before I came? Their response was basically, "We don't know when the delivery gets here. It's usually early." Don't make assumptions and waste people's time. At 12:15 p.m., they finally called and said the tire had arrived and they were working on my car. Then at 12:35 p.m., they called me to pay--and suddenly the total had jumped from $183.54 to $214. No one could give me a clear explanation for the extra $35. They just acted confused and said they "who ever gave the price was confused" I hate when businesses tell you one price just to get you in the door and then charge you more without a valid explanation. They didn't honor the price they quoted, wasted my time, and provided poor customer service. I will never be coming back and would not recommend Gatto's to anyone.
