So, after much initial happiness with New Life and the work they have done, we did start to have one small issue. Wrinkles are forming in the artificial turf. I figured it would be fairly easy fix and have been trying for over one month now to reach someone at New Life. I've tried phone numbers, FB messages, and can not even reach anyone. Not sure if these guys are even still in business. Still hoping they are, and that they will contact me to work out some type of solution. read more

I've already rated Grant based on his professionalism and follow up. I reached out to Grant around December before the completion of our new home being built. He was always quick to answer my questions and better yet, sent itemized estimates so there were no surprises at the end. We were really impressed with the diligence and integrity with which New Life approached our job of installing pavers for a driveway. Given supply shortages it was a challenge for them to find pavers that matched what we already had installed. A similar problem was encountered by one of our neighbors and their job hasn't been able to start. But Grant kept at it and finally found what we needed. Communication throughout the job was extremely good. The workers were impressive arriving at 7 am every morning and working til near dark. The finished project is just what we wanted at for a much better price than the other bids we received. We are very happy. read more

While waiting to have our home built, I contacted Grant so we could start plans for our back yard. He always made his appointments with me on time. Due to his organization they were able to start work one day after move in. In addition to the landscaping he coordinated and installed an RV driveway, built in BBQ, fireplace, firepit, free standing patio covers, backyard lighting and concrete pad for a shed. He gave us great advice throughout the process. His crew went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Just had him come back to improve our front yard which was first installed by builder. He noticed some staining on our driveway caused be a garage floor company. He had his crew powerwash our driveway free of charge. Another great job and customer service. Grant refused to make right a couple of errors in his design and 8 Thugas that have died. He located the irrigation valve box in a very low spot that gets flooded after each rain storm and required bailing out. Not sure how long these 8 valves will last being under water after each rain storm. The Thugas were planted in heavy clay soil which he brought in and caused the trees to drown and die. I cannot recommend his services until these issues are resolved. read more

Grant, You or someone driving your company truck cut me off today as I was getting on 89A off of Glassford Hill road. I was going 60 MPH up the ramp but apparently that wasn't fast enough for you. As soon as I was clear of the solid yellow line and moving into the traffic lane you decided to cut me off so you could get around me. I was then behind you all the way into Coyote Springs. As soon as we were just before the mail boxes you gunned it and took off flying down Coyote Springs well over the speed limit I assume heading to your house. I stopped at the mail boxes. I have no idea what your problem was today but I sure hope your landscape services are better then your driving. If you insist on driving like this you may want to take the company info. off the truck. read more

We set appointments with 5 local landscapers; 2 were no shows without even a courtesy call, 1 came out and took measurements but we never heard back from and two actually gave us a bid, but only one listened to what we wanted and that was Grant from New Life. He and his team, we obviously chose them, were fantastic. They went above and beyond and came in under budget. We can't say enough about them. We are having them out to do more this year. read more

Can't say enough about Grant and New Life Landscapes. From start to finish, everything was impeccable. When we first had Grant over for an estimate, he was attentive, provided some design ideas, and even offered suggestions on how to save some money. Not many companies would offer that. They came in much less than other bids I received, but their work did not reflect it. They were booked, so our project started about a month after our initial meeting, but they started on the date they said they would and completed on time. The crew assigned to our project were professional, friendly, and hard working. Grant even met with us to help pick out our plants/shrubs for our yard and provided info on which plants grow best and how they ultimately would look.
