I don't doubt that he cared about our business, and the shop's prices are fair, but his attitude with me was a deal breaker, and I don't intend on returning. Certainly more professional and better customer service at other spots around Tempe. Update: Eddie reached out to me via "compliment" here on Yelp (for being "funny"), putting the blame on my wife's shoulders for our bad experience. True entrepreneurship is based on having complete personal accountability for the good and the bad. I fee like the age old cliche rings true "the customer is always right". They weren't bad at $2 a piece (beats the $3+ lighters at gas stations!) By the time I made my decision... naturally I wanted to see ten different ones behind the counter only to ask "what do you think??" He was great...gave me his opinion and even picked one lower than my budget.. so I got a grinder and extra accessories to go along, Then I tipped him. I'm aware that if I'm high maintenance and they are kind, they earned it. The place was busy at 7 pm on a week day, we spent a couple hundred in all. There were at least 5 employees with customers consistently. The place does well. I've moved and my son's piece got broken so it's time for a new one! Plus I just want to go back.. it was fun :).
