Rails got twisted and they were able to manually close the garage door with difficulty. Used AAA in the past with great results. Back in the start of the pandemic, we had Banker come in and blow insulation in the attic of our…read more1400 sq ft home. Fast forward about 5 years, and we had another company install mini splits. When they were in the attic, they noticed that 400 sq ft of space had no insulation in it. I reached out to Banker to see if they had any idea what had gone wrong, and they were very responsive, and helpful. Apparently, back at that time, there were a number of people working for Banker who did not do great work, and have since been let go. The representative I spoke to at Banker told me that they were actively trying to improve their reputation, which had suffered significantly during that time. They offered to come back and finish the job, and even to upgrade the R value of the insulation in the entire attack, all at no charge to me. So, while my initial experience almost half a decade ago was not great, I do think the company has turned over a new leaf, and is working hard to do a really good job now. I would not hesitate to work with them again, if the need ever came up. Everyone I spoke and worked with this time around was professional, responsible, and very easy to work with.
