When we made our reservation, Mike took the time to understand who would be riding--my wife and our 16‑year‑old granddaughter--and recommended the perfect bikes for each of them. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel confident before we even arrived. The "concierge" service was phenomenal. BocaBike delivered the bikes directly to our location exactly at the time we requested, and they stayed in touch with us throughout the rental via text, which made communication incredibly easy. When the bikes were dropped off, Mike didn't rush; he walked us through every feature, answered questions, and even encouraged us to take a quick test ride before he left. Each bike came with a compact lock and helmet, which was extremely helpful. The bikes themselves were flawless--comfortable, smooth, powerful, and capable of easily hitting 20 mph. They felt solid and stable, handling road cracks and Boca's wide sidewalks effortlessly. We felt safe, secure, and fully in control the entire time. When we asked to extend our fifth day a bit, Mike was incredibly generous and accommodating--another example of BocaBike going above and beyond. Opens at 10AM on weekdays, went at 10:15AM on a Friday. Door locked, someone sees me and tells me to wait one moment. Waited outside the door when they already should of been opened for business. Man opens the door and rudely tells me give him a second while he puts bikes out in the front area. Tells me not to rush him while I'm simply standing there. I had hesitated to go to this place because of some bad reviews, but I had to since my usual place was closed for vacation. I found out that the owner Steven, just recently took over ownership, so I'm glad I tried them out. I brought in my son's beat-up road bike for a tune up and minor repairs. I expected to be made to feel like an amateur, which a lot of places do, but I was surprised by the great service. They fixed up my bike the same day, and with great, friendly service. The cost was reasonable, actually a little cheaper than my other regular bike shop. I will definitely be bringing all of my family 's bikes here from now on! read more

Very nice folks in this shop. That said, I won't be going back Charged $65 for a one-day rental of a carbon road bike. The bike itself was a POS, everything rattled and squeaked, but I thought " whatever, I'm here for one day". Within 15 miles I had two flat tires - the second one likely thanks to a terrible tube supplied by the bike shop, which Had been wrapped in tape and as I thought it over must have been an already used tube. I'm not blaming the bike shop for a flat tire, but at this price you'd expect a bike to be in reasonably good working order and likely a higher end model. I have rented bikes in a variety of markets including Texas, California, And other parts of Florida, and this experience just didn't cut it. read more

Scam artist- have bikes listed for sale online that they don't have in stock and have no way of providing. They will gladly charge you. You will never be provided any shipping info since they have nothing to ship. After a few days of attempting to reach them you'll be forced to have the transaction appealed by your credit card company. I suggest skip it - it just a waste of time. read more

After a frustrating afternoon searching for bikes, I stopped by here. The customer service was disappointing and I will not be going back in the future. The doors were locked during store hours. Which I understand since they have a certain capacity limit during covid-19 restrictions, but no one was in the store. I called the number on the door. Then a guy picked up and saw that I was a woman, automatically assuming that I was only looking for a woman's bike. Instead of allowing me in to look around and politely mentioning some inventory was running low. He just stated they had no women's bikes and didn't even offer to let me browse what they had. When in fact I was actually trying to find a bike for my fiancé and myself. In the end I ended up buying 2 bikes at another bike shop, which could have easily been this store. read more

My husband and I always order from them online because they have free shipping over $300.00 and our bikes and parts always cost more than that:)) They are also one of the few companies to offer discounts off high priced bicyles. My husband competes in races here in Utah, and we ordered the Pinarello Dogma from them online and they gave us a great deal and free shipping. No one here could touch the price we got.
