If you have seen "Who's Line is it Anyway", you will like Improv U. When attending a show, you will laugh until your face hurts. If you take a class, you will feel very supported. Most shows are $10, incredibly affordable for a downtown venue. Also, they never go blue, keeping it PG rated. (not for kids under 13) The teams always perform with their intellect, a true pleasure and very appreciated in this day and age. Shows, classes (drop-in's & 8 weeks long, and well as workshops are right here in Delray.

My friend''s daughter, Dana was in the show as she is a comedianne. There were other comediennes in the show and I enjoyed the evening. We saw a few people leave because this one lady saved so many seats. We told the manager then they asked US to move to accommodate someone's else and then made a joke that "yeah you got to sit by people here" no joke lady. Also not a lot of leg room but you could purchase seats on the stage if you buy them early enough and you don't mind being ragged by the comic. They have drinks and it's not required that you have a minimum number. The entertainment was 4.5 stars. I like that they raise money for charity.

And aside from it being fun, it's great to be able to get together with friends, family and the community to support the good folks at the church. They did a really nice job with the festival as usual. There's a carnival part which has a modest selection of rides and games and they also have vendors, folk dancing, a bar and tons of Greek food options, everything from feta topped fries to Souvlaki to saganaki. Desserts too! We tried a bunch of different items and they were all very tasty. The only downside this year was that the festival happened to take place on a weekend where it was absolutely freezing. We hung around for about 3 hours but had to spend most of our time in the tents because it was so windy and chilly. But there was dancing, entertainment and music inside, so we really didn't mind. Overall five stars. I hope they continue to have this cool festival in the future!

The Saint Mark Greek Orthodox Church on Yamato Road in Boca, transforms its grounds into one of the best festivals of all times and welcomes everyone from Thursday - Sunday. Parking at the church is $10 and there's free parking down the street at some of the other church parking lots. I've been going since I moved to Florida 25 years ago and have only missed a few years. Always took our boys and watched them grow from pushing them around in a stroller to riding the rides with them and eventually they drove themselves with their friends and would find us so we could eat together. Now, youngest is in college so I send pictures so he feels likes he's not missing out. The best food ever... it's a delicious eating frenzy...Gyro, Moussaka, Homemade Baklava, just to name a few, and plenty of Greek wine and Beer!! Don't forget to stop by the Saganaki booth to watch the show. The same guys have been working the flaming cheese and Loukaniko booth for years. Its so much fun and usually my first stop. Grab some food and a seat inside the tent and listen to music and watch the dancing. Volunteers from the church work hard all weekend and everyone is so nice. There's even a drive-thru if you just want to pick up food. A must stop is the church itself. it's beautiful and IMO one of the nicest in the world. You can take a tour or just walk in. The inside Sanctuary is magnificent. Until next year... when everyone is Greek for the weekend. OPA!

He is a gem of a guy! He was flexible with his timing when dinner ran late, he was hysterically funny, his magic was so entertaining, and all my guests couldn't stop raving about the evening. I couldn't have been happier with my choice to hire him. He does not disappoint! My husband was thrilled with his party. I highly recommend Gary with no reservation. He's a winner, and his personality and the way he performs is professional, intimate, and so thoroughly enjoyable!!! We laughed a lot, and his tricks were fascinating. No one could figure out how he did any of them. He is a great comedian and an awesome magician, too!! A true BOGO!! Very happy!!!

Had a great experience for my first trip to The Wick…read more Comfortable seats, food and drink (Everything allowed in to the theatre, no less!), and even though the prices are crazy high, the audience didn't exude the same entitled attitude that you frequently find in Palm Beach. Stage, sound, lighting, everything was good, except the caliber of performances and that was stellar!

My fourth time to The Wick Theatre and still find it just as good as, or even better than better…read morethan a Broadway production. The actors were lively, humorous, and quite talented. The Wick is also has a museum and a restaurant open to the public.

People put so much work and effort into this festival. We totally appreciate it. The things we love about the Florida Renaissance Festival is you feel like you've been lifted out of this regular world into a whole new place and everybody makes that happen that works there. The beautiful ambience of the park the decor all around, the awesome artworks that people create, the costumes. The music is one of my all-time favorites. It's part of the reason why I come here every year. Also you can try so many different types of foods that's always so exciting. I love dressing up, wearing costumes and walking through the park talking with other like-minded people. We enjoyed so many shows this year from the Washing Well Winches, to the guy playing the Bells, all the different Irish bands, like Celtic mayhem, one of my favorites is the band from Italy Rota they are awesome especially when they play in the street and we can dance all around so fun. What an amazing event! It was like stepping back into time and into fairy tale stories! With the…read moremost unique thing being that not only the workers dress up and act but so do the people who attend. I saw medieval characters, gladiators & knights, pirates, fairies and nymphs, even a wizard! And of course with a costume contest. Quiet Waters Park was converted into a story book. Unique performances with music, comedy, drama, juggling dancing and with interaction like the Maypole. Also jousting and horsriding competitions and cannon & trebuchet firing.There was Archery, Axe throwing, a maze, sword fighting and instruction, cobbling, jewelry making. A variety of activities for kids as well as adults. Especially adults who want to be kids...like me! Lol Souvenir shops with items that you don't see every day, like a dragon egg candle that once melted reveals a baby dragon just like in Game of Thrones! Also good food and drinks throughout the park. I didn't think I would spend that much time here but I spent the entire day practically without even realizing time had passed! A great time to immerse yourself in a world of fantasy, merriment & amazement! I truly enjoyed everything here!
