I hesitated making an appt with this office because of those negative reviews, but it was one of the very few practices that took my insurance despite dozens of them being on my provider directory which didn't. I was fully prepared to resist any pressure to have extra or "optional" work done other than what I was there for, exam and cleaning and I made it tactfully clear that that was my intention. My first impression, observing for several minutes when I first got there was that it was a very professional well run office. But anyway, the dentist I saw was Dr. Lozada. And the first thing that pops into my head is "Whirling Dervish". Not sure what that is but it seems to fit. And if it doesn't, "dynamo" would be a good substitute. She's packed with as much energy as nuclear fission. In a good way! Very pleasant, efficient and to the point. And based on her approach, comprehensive ACCURATE assessment and conservative watch-and-wait recommendations, one of the very best, probably top two dentists I've ever been to in my seven decades on this planet. Maybe the best, assuming her technical skills match her assessments which I'm guessing they do. But my initial clinical contact was with Renee' (sp?), the assistant. Equally pleasant and efficient. The one possible demerit was the cleaning which only took about ten minutes. Ten minutes?! I suppose maybe it could have been enough but I'll know better the next time I get a cleaning if the next hygienist screams, "You need to do a better job of taking care of your teeth!" The young lady at the front desk, whose name I'm ashamed to say I didn't get, or if I did I've forgotten, which is entirely possible, where was I? Oh right, the front desk lady was VERY personable and helpful. And finally the young lady that mans the "check-out" operations is also very pleasant and very obviously efficient at what she does. So all in all, as you might have guessed, a real pleasant experience and for a dentist practice I think that's saying a lot. I anticipate an equally pleasant experience on my next visit. This time around, I was seen immediately. While the X-rays are annoying for me, the young man who did it today (2/28/26) was kind. Dr. Bhokari (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was kind! She saw I was frustrated about what was going on with me gums and reassured me it was okay. Then the dental hygienist, Eltom Carneiro came in. He started off okay. Again, I'm not a big fan of the dentist and I'm already frustrated about the extra work and money I now have to spend. He started working and ask what was wrong. I reply I'm just frustrated about the extra stuff you have to do to my mouth. He replies "it's not my fault." He proceeds with what he needs to do. I'm seeing unfamiliar tools so I'm a little uncomfortable. I grunt a little but I guess he took it personally and under his breath he says "Jesus Christ" and that point I was done. He's like I'm not done and I reply we're done. Going to the dentist is always a not pleasant experience for me. But I'm not going to be talked at disrespectfully. Some times it's not your delivery. It's your words. I don't want to look for another dentist office, but he will NEVER be allowed to do anything for me.

My appointment was for an oral extraction. Approached by dental assistant to discuss remainder balance of permanent bridge process. In midst of conversation, dental assistant pushed my shoulders and I told her do not push me. I explained I made calls in past and no one returned my phone calls. Receptionist verified she called and left voicemails, I have received nothing not even an email. Yes I reached out to check on status of arrival on permanent bridge and oral extraction. Verified with police and other medical practitioners no professionals is allowed to push a patient. Dental assistant admitted to pushing me and apologized moments later. A few months ago, the receptionist declined my option to pay off early, twice. If I did not want to pay, why would I still reach out and find alternative options to pay off balance? Absolutely absurd, to think I paid thousands and time well spent into this dental procedure; very, very tedious process. I was told by dental assistant I had to pay what the insurance did not cover. Verified with my insurance this dental office in fact did received the approved claim 8.9.25. I was advised by insurance to wait, until all claims are approved and finalized, so I would NOT overpay. Overall satisfied with my look permanent bridge completed on 28 July 2025 easy process of 45min. and pain free. Yes I do love my teeth and received countless compliments. No I will NOT change the one star review, I truly prefer no contact. Bill pay is best method to send payments to avoid any altercations. I get what I paid for and unfortunately, this ordeal is considered a "he say she say". Yes I left my dentist, they changed to "out of network". Should have listened to other review, save me unnecessary drama.

I love this place. They are technically and professionally…read moresound and they also happen to be the nicest staff (Dr. Nathalie, Yadi, Latoya, Shawna, Tina) anywhere. It's one of those first-name basis but they usually call you "Hon" or "Sweetie" type of practices. You NEVER hear them gossiping about or badmouthing patients as is very often the case when other medical practices. They genuinely seem to love their jobs. (I was once in the waiting room when a difficult patient was arguing a point ad nauseum and Dr. Nathalie never lost her patience, but professionally indulged this person for at least 10 minutes, remaining cordial and indulgent throughout.) They are gentle, they work with my insurance to make sure that there are no surpri$e$, and they even monitor and respond to their cell number if I text a question or concern. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing and is the reason for my low rating. I was moving out of state and specifically scheduled a Saturday cleaning appointment before my move because I knew I would be losing my dental insurance and would not have coverage in my new state right away. I received an email prompting me to check in online, which I completed. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk employee with short black hair informed me that my appointment had been canceled because they had called the day before and I did not return the call to confirm. I was never told that failing to return a confirmation call would result in my appointment being canceled, especially after I had already checked in online. I was told there was no one available to see me and no effort was made to accommodate me. After being a patient for two years, I found this incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I've never encountered a policy like this at any dental office. What made it especially upsetting was the timing. I was in the middle of relocating out of state, and missing this appointment meant I was unable to get my teeth cleaned before losing my dental coverage. It created unnecessary stress during an already hectic move. Toby deserves five stars, but the way this situation was handled by the front desk left a very negative impression.
