Choosing Dr. Richard was truly a blessing…read more I had my original saline breast implants 20 years ago. At that time, I weighed about 93 pounds. Over the years, I gained weight and now weigh around 115 pounds. I've always been petite with a natural C cup, but after having three beautiful children, my breasts were no longer the shape I wanted. Looking back, I wish I had listened to my first plastic surgeon when he recommended getting a breast lift along with my augmentation. Instead, I only chose implants to restore the volume I had lost. The results were great for the first 10-14 years, but as I gained weight, gravity and the additional breast tissue caused my breasts to become much larger and droopier. I eventually started to hate how oversized and saggy they looked. For the last 2-3 years, I had been wanting a breast lift with new implants. I researched countless plastic surgeons in Las Vegas because I'm extremely picky.
