When i went here, i was so scared because they dont use neither type of creams. She explained to me the whole process and why the machine was different and why they dont use cooling or numbing creams. It didnt hurt! I was so relieved! She seems very knowledgable about the whole process and the hair growth cycle. Very helpful. She even let me know if they are behind schedule and to reschedule me the same time so i dont have to wait. Some salons don't care so i really appreciate that extra touch of customer service.
