Purchased car from this dealer advertised 'Like New', however headlight was foggy. Dealer agreed to fix the headlight instead of drop the price. Upon pick up, headlight was still foggy! Dealer refuses to fix or refund difference, instead, goes back on their word, and says it is 'AS-IS' despite promises to resolve. Dealer miscounted $4,500 of my funds, and charged $650 in registration fees which they promised to pay back, and did not. Dealer then attempted to intimidate and threaten me. In addition, dealer drove car after I paid the deposit, and gave me the car with NO GAS. Dealer took 30+ days to deliver title / registration, among other issues. Checked and it looks Like eBay is still letting the lady Nadia rip people off for an extra thousand dollars. I have taken a screen shot everytime some one leaves feedback of this sort. Use PayPal if you wanna be safe or don't by any vehicle off eBay ever because they won't hold Ellet accountable for misrepresentations of stuff sold unless again you pay in ful with PayPal . EBAY IS LETTING THESE PEOPLE RIP PEOPLE OFF WITH NO CONSEQUENCES BECAUSE THEY STILL GET PAID I bought the bike off of eBay and they wanted to buy it now price of $22,000. I offered 21 nine and they came back and said they had the wrong price and wanted to add a thousand dollars more. From reading their feedback it looks like this is common practice. I received the bike and the battery was dead and the battery in the key fob is dead. They tried to blame this on shipping. but they had key fob in dash. Battery went dead because fob was dead and bike thought it was being stolen. New battery $240. After one hour of riding the clutch went out causing me injury. I made it to my yard and the bike spun out in the wet grass and went down sideways and my leg hit the engine on the way to the ground. No harm to the bike just burns on my legs . After about five minutes of riding the engine light, ABS light, and temperature light all come on and stay on. Front tire and forks had damage and rear tire was bald to the threads. Seller tried to blame all of this on the dead battery. I took the bike to Harley Davidson and they looked at it and they said the water pump was out an ABS sensor was also out and there may be more wrong with it once they actually are able to get it into the shop and look at it. Codes cleared but came back. eBay only give me 14 days to get this done and they were a month out from even being able to look at the bike at the HD dealership. I told dealership the seller was blaming all the lights on the dead battery and they laughed. bocaratonmotorsports also claimed the bike was perfect looking and perfect running. He stopped contacting me after the clutch went out and I told him that the clutch had nothing to do with the battery. Also there are many rust spots on the bike and it looks like they started to wax it and then just stopped after it sold. There is dried wax places I can't even get to on the bike and the chrome is completely pitted and flaking off in places. I've been scrubbing on it and it looks better. The key fob basically broke apart my hand when I went to lock the forks. That's another $160 and then another 1200$ from the Harley dealership for the repairs to the bike that's supposed to be perfect. I left negative feedback because eBay wouldn't help with anything except serious engine damage. I went back to look today and eBay removed the feedback but because he gave me a $300 refund which was a deposit on the bike, no help at all . I would never buy anything from eBay motors or bocaratonmotorsports ever! Look at their feedback on eBay they've ripped other customers off for an extra thousand dollars on buy it now, and sell bikes to people all the time with undisclosed Damage. He never contacted me again after I told him the clutch has nothing to do with the battery. Then eBay removed the negative feedback. They can lie about the condition of a bike and eBay will not do anything!! They can say anything about the bike they want. Contacted eBay and they stated they will be "investigating" this seller. There may be repercussions. We'll see. No action by eBay. Refunded me my deposit so they could still have 100% feedback. Ebay is allowing this corruption and places to happily rip off their customers. Pay as much as you can with PayPal so you don't get ripped off!!! read more

At the time of sale, money was collected to pay the taxes and registration fees in my home state of South Carolina. I kept checking with SC DMV for completed paperwork and a check from Boca Powersports, but it never came. We finally agreed that I would pay the taxes and registration fees and the dealer agreed to refund the money that I paid to them for these items. While I did receive a partial refund of half of what was owned, the dealer refused to send the remaining money owed to me. Be VERY CAREFUL when dealing with this dealership. I found a 2020 Kawasaki Vulcan S on cycle trader at Boca Powersports which is a few hours from where I live. I got into touch with Nadia and she kept me informed until I was able to get down there and pick it up. Although the place wasn't exactly as I expected for a powersports retailer to be, the service was great. The bike was in excellent condition and it didn't take forever to get the paperwork and sale finalized on the agreed upon price that we worked out before I even left for Boca. No hassling. This is the worst dealership I ever dealt with in my life. These guys are very rude, deceiving, the lie to you when there is no reason to lie. I bought my Honda Goldwing from them in July of 2022, and they gave me the worst service ever from a business. After you buy your motorcycle, and they get their money in full they wanted in "Cashier Check only" so you cannot get your money back from them. if you call them with a problem, they will not answer their phone when they see your number. They concealed the damage on my motorcycle , and they refuse to even pay part of the damage Which they knew it was on the motorcycle. They sent my title to me with the wrong name on it (how stupid of them). They are cheaters, and have no integraty what soever. Don't ever buy from this dealership, you will be sorry that you did. I have a complaint open with the DMV and the Better Business Burau about their Bad Business. read more
