I have been going here for 4 years now. Andre never takes advantage of the fact that I know absolute shit about cars. The dealership will tell me I need hundreds of costly repairs and Andre shoots straight. It always costs less. I've never had issues. Now they have a shop cat named Simon who makes me wanna go there more. If you want your car fixed for a reasonable price and you want excellent work...go to majestic. The garage itself is a garage. It's not super clean, you can't wait there...but instead of the free mini muffins at the dealership; I'd rather save the money on repairs I don't actually need. Had a screw in my tire that I hoped could be patched but was unsure since it was near the sidewall. I went here instead of a Goodyear type place because they can't always be trusted. They took me in right away and patched it really well and I was on my way. Will definitely start frequenting regularly as needed. read more

What a jerk. The owner here could care less about your car. He just wants your money. He has no clue how to repair a vehicle. He hires the cheapest labor in town that do not have qualifications for the repairs he charges you for. Take your chances here and you may lose big. read more

It's about hole-in-the-wall as it gets but it's legit. They are best for tires in my opinion - I got two tires for a Hyundai for $70 compared to the dealership where they wanted $141 for one tire. Do be aware that the tires I bought from Majestic were used. I also had them replace my brake pads (I decided to get my own and bring them in) and I can't remember why but they couldn't take card for this transaction. Andre allowed me to drive to the bank nearby to get cash for the sale - I appreciated them trusting me haha. They're not gonna be super nice and give "kiss-your-butt" customer service, but they work and are fair, which is more important. Chris is the guy who works on my car and he is always willing to answer my questions. I always call in to make an appointment which they appreciate, but it's not required. I'm always in and out within an hour. They likely aren't going to have parts/tires for high-end cars, so I would only recommend them if you have a normal car. If you need a tire or a quick fix I would definitely go here. read more

First time using them and I went to them because of all the other reviews. I needed a ton of work and they were more than fair in price and got it all done in a day. I needed a radiator, water pump, fan belt, thermostat, oil change, front brakes and repair a head light not working. After the last quote, I took my car to Majestic Auto for a 2nd quote. I called the owner of the company letting him know I was bringing in my own parts to do a radiator flush. he told me it would be $20 with my own parts. I get done with the service and he charged me $40. I told him that is double what he quoted me and he said he never told me $20. $20 was the only reason I drove out of my way to get this done!
