The intake woman was friendly and quick. Post registration, paid my insurance co-pay and waited only ten minutes. They provide a vending area with complimentary soft drinks and coffee which is a great unexpected feature. The tech was kind and thorough with an outgoing personality. Very clean CAT room and went smoothly until they would not provide a CD of my images after a request to the tech, and had to drive back weeks later to obtain the CD for my surgeon. During my most recent visit, I had my very first MRI, and my nurse, Amanda, was absolutely incredible. She explained everything clearly, checked on me throughout the process, and made sure I felt safe and supported the entire time. She even gave me headphones with my fav music on. Her kindness made a huge difference since I was very scared going to it. The facility itself is extremely clean. The waiting rooms are spotless, and I loved that they provide a private changing room, your own robe, and a secure locker for your belongings while you're having your exam done.
