I've been getting my annual mammograms at Care Diagnostics for the past 12 years, and up until this year, I never thought about going anywhere else. From scheduling the appointment and checking in to having the actual test, the entire process used to be stress-free, but this years experience was much different. The staff is great, but the real accolades go to the mammography technologist. She is warm, compassionate, and genuinely makes an uncomfortable and anxiety-inducing test feel a little easier. I was disappointed to be told this year that they no longer provide the results at the end of the appointment because of covid. That explanation didn't make sense to me, since I've had my annual mammograms here throughout covid and received my results at the end, every year until now. I'm grateful to have a place I trust for such an important test, but I am thinking about going somewhere else next year. Waiting a handful of days for results does not work for me, not when most other places offer same day results. I have a year to decide if I will return next year. I've been to this imaging center twice now, and even though it isn't something anyone wants to do, this place makes the experience as comfortable and stress free as possible. From the moment you walk in, you're treated with genuine care not like a number. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel at ease. During my most recent visit, I had my very first MRI, and my nurse, Amanda, was absolutely incredible. She explained everything clearly, checked on me throughout the process, and made sure I felt safe and supported the entire time. She even gave me headphones with my fav music on. Her kindness made a huge difference since I was very scared going to it. The facility itself is extremely clean. The waiting rooms are spotless, and I loved that they provide a private changing room, your own robe, and a secure locker for your belongings while you're having your exam done. Check-in and check-out are quick and simple, which I really appreciate. Whether you need x-rays, sonograms, ultrasounds, MRI, I highly recommend this imaging center. CUSOTMER SERVICE is awful. From the person checking you in, to the person scheduling your appointment and the insurance verification team. They are rude, not helpful at all. I was advised to call my own insurance company to find out if they accepted my plan and what would be my responsibility. When scheduling my appointment, the woman told me that I need to know what I am scheduling even though I read her all the information off the prescription she asked for. I have been coming here for a few years now and the employees are just getting worse by the day. read more

This is a very sensitive subject matter and you would think he would be kind to the customers. I waited for 2 hours until they told me I had to come back 3 hours later because they were overbooked! Call today on February 19, 2026. Spoke with a woman who gave me a hard time about never having a mammogram before. She told me the car was recorded and I hope it is. Don't go to this place and I hope that someone in corporate sees this and they can identify the person that I spoke with trying to make a mammogram appointment. I typically have a very positive experience at this location, but after my last visit I got hit with a very unpleasant surprise bill. They're asking $400 for a procedure that was supposed to be covered by my insurance but was billed incorrectly. I spoke with the billing department 3 different times and they said they would correct it each time, but they keep sending me the same invoice over and over again. I even started to receive collection calls! The messed up thing is that I never consented to any procedure that was not fully covered by my insurance. Trying to call their office is useless, because you simply can't get a live person on the phone when you call the location directly. The only real people you can reach are the scheduling department (which has no clue about billing and coverage) and the billing department (which is an outsourced service provider that has no access to the patient consent papers you fill out at the office and just keeps sending the wrong invoice). At this point I can no longer recommend Care Diagnostics due to their malicious and fraudulent billing practices and will report them to the authorities. read more

I've been going here for years and I've never had an issue. The techs are always nice and the radiologist knows me by name and always has an excellent beside manner. I love the new bigger location. Now they're in the same plaza as TJ max and I'm able to get a little retail therapy after my annual appointment. read more

I'll never know what the actual experience is like because I cannot get past the untrained, unethical, ghetto reps (five of them) they have setting their appointments and arguing with patients/customers. They cannot read scripts properly and know their protocol but do not know why their protocol is what it is is nor can they explain why in a way that makes sense. On of them even giggled at me twice while referring to me as "love", when my name is Brandie. The only thing they're professional at is passive aggressiveness and clicking alphabet letters on their keyboards. If you have a regular (non-diagnostic) mammo to be scheduled they will ask you if you have a lump until you agree, then tell you to call your doctor back to get a new script so they can charge you more. I love the calls are recorded because this is now proven. I suggest to try this on your own. It's comical in a very negative way because you are playing with lives here. I went elsewhere for my mammo after not getting past the confusion and now need an MRI, which Care Diagnostics will not help with until I take another mammo for the WRONG SIDE!!!!! This company is HORRID and should not be working with the public or people that need real screen. AKUMIN on the other hand has amazing reps on phones, and polite, kind  humans within their locations. I explained the Care Diagnostic issues to my rep at Akumin and got the apology I should've gotten from Care Diagnostics. I would never allow anyone I care about to go here. 1 out of 8, 1 out of 8 women you know WILL be diagnosed with Breast cancer in their lifetime. They need to know fast so they they can treat fast. Like other reviewers, I find the staff is argumentative and they seem to love to blame you - the patient - for their disorganization. Always some sort of issue with this provider. Last year, they couldn't find the script for the mammogram/ultrasound the doc sent. Hours delay. This year when I couldn't get a timely appointment, I had the mammogram elsewhere, but stupidly chose to have them perform the ultrasound. BIG MISTAKE. I'm going to be telling my doctor to not send me there again. I'm sitting here seething in the waiting room writing this review: It's 10 a.m. on Tuesday and my appointment was at 8 a.m. - I had an early appt so as to minimize the time off I had to take from work and this place is not close to my home or work. They DON'T CARE about YOUR TIME. I also agree with other reviewers that before they moved to this shopping center near Glades & Jog Road, it's not as pleasant an experience as before when they were close to the Town Center Mall. Not sure if there was an ownership change. If anyone from this outfit reads these reviews, you could learn a few things about customer service: 1.) Trying to shame/blame a patient for not knowing your procedures/policies (which only your staff knows, not the average person) is really not cool. Who in their right mind wants that? Very counter-productive. The goal should be happy patients receiving excellent care. Not "You need to admit you caused this blah blah blah. News flash: No, I didn't. 2.) Since you have the many email and text reminders you send (I received no less than 6 of these for this one appointment), why not include your "procedures" in those messages, hmm? You could save us and you the ordeal of the shame game you love to dish out for now knowing what you assume us patients should know. Lesson, you must not blame patients because we don't know your internal policies. Do better in communicating those policies/procedures! 3.) Respect the time and effort a patient makes to come to your business. After making me wait for an hour and half the technician actually said to me, "You're lucky we could fit you in to have the ultrasound today because we are busy." I'm thinking, "WHAT?!?!" I had an appointment for this ultrasound, and I arrived at on time, YOU ARE LATE. I don't feel LUCKY that you people can't get your act together and act like any of this is my fault for staff finally getting around to doing it. 4.) True, it's very difficult to get them on the phone but, they do eventually call you back if you choose the call back feature on the automated receptionist - but it is often hours or days later. The person calling you back to schedule the appointment may not fully explain the procedures they claim you should know. Care Diagnotiscs also does not take into account that when they finally do call you back, YOU may be very busy at your job or your kids or whatever and not expecting that call when it finally comes, but you push through because it too so damn long to reach them. My last tip to patients is to get copies of your films and records while there to avoid a $25 charge and a trip back later to get them. If they can send reports and records to your doctor, they can give a copy too. Funny, CARE is in their name ... but they don't seem like they do. I would revise this review if they take it to heart and do better, but I'm not confident anyone is listening. read more

This is a great facility. The staff are fantastic and they run on time. The results are ready within 24 hours and they have you sign the releases in advance which I like. That way they can send to other doctors if necessary. Highly recommend. read more

I've been attending to this facility for 4 years now and the quality of service gets worst every time I come back. I only go there because my OB/GYN who I really like uses this facility. The front desk is rude and kind of condescending in their treatment . It's easy to identify how the young girls at the front desk are not well trained and with zero customer service skills. I'm lucky to only visit once a year as part of my wellness check up . I can only imagine those women who are going through illness and on top have to deal with the staff at this facility. No one picks up the phone, every attempt sends the caller to a different cue with another recording but if you show up to deal with the scheduling or billing in person then they are upset and treat you like you are not supposed to be there and you are a bother. Last time I was there was December 2024, I waited in line for over 20 mins then the girl at front desk wanted to reschedule me claiming I was late for my appointment when in reality I stood in line after arriving on time while she argued with another patient who seemed to be frustrated about some mistake they made . On top of everything they overcharged me by $432.00. My visit was fully covered by my insurance since it is part of my yearly preventive wellness check up . I am now trying to get my $$ back as a refund and no one picks up the phone . I am ready to complain to the BBB. This facility is a disaster. This is the WORST place to get a mammogram in the world!!! Last year I had a horrific experience at CARE, but I decided to go back and give them another chance. I don't know how it's possible, but today was even worse than last year's debacle. This afternoon, unbeknownst to me, they canceled my appointment for my ultrasound because THEY decided it wasn't necessary. (My doctor prescribed both a mammogram and an ultrasound. I guess office workers at CARE know more than qualified doctors about a patient's medical needs.) And... Instead of calling me, they sent a text to confirm the appointment yesterday! Upon arrival today, the rudest woman in the world, Cindy, placed her hand on her hip and proceeded to tell me I'll have to come back another day, and that I don't need an ultrasound! They also told me it would be $335 for the two tests, even though my copay was $225. I told her there must be some mistake. She was adamant and disrespectful, and told me that I would definitely not be seen today. At that moment, I had to call my own doctor's office on the phone to insist they do the tests. My doctor could not believe how they treated me, at one point telling them that they owed it to me to do the tests, and eventually to find a more competent and caring facility. Finally, CARE reluctantly agreed to do the tests. The nightmare didn't end though. As I was sitting in the waiting room, one employee is heard loudly using expletives numerous times. Beyond unprofessional... no regard for your health or well being. All they cared about was getting out on time on a Friday. Needless to say, I didn't get any results because as I finished getting dressed, the office was completely dark. I'm lucky they didn't lock me in. I supposed they should change their name to UNCARING Diagnostics. Overall, I will NEVER go back here again!!! Disgraceful! As someone else said, run away from this place! The staff is angry, disorganized and argumentative. My wife had a test but the doctor typo-ed on the order and instead of letting the doctor fax over a fixed version they cancelled her appointment and not without making her be chastised by the staff. Oh and this wasn't whatever appointment, it was a test to clear her for a surgery schedule next week. They're lack of customer service caused my wife to have to reschedule a much needed surgery - we would never go back there! read more

Before they expanded and moved locations, they were 5 stars. Since their expansion, they no longer read results while you wait. If additional images are needed, you have to go back again. Billing is terrible! Again, since their expansion, they always overcharge me my co-insurance amount, and it takes many months and phone calls to receive a refund. Every time I call, I'm told to call back in 30 days. I will never again pay anything up front to this facility. They can bill my insurance first and then bill me my portion. If that's not acceptable to them, then I will go elsewhere. read more

Beware -West Boca office -Manny the administrator-I needed an MRI guided biopsy for 2 suspicious lesions. My GYN sent me to Care Diagnostics. The radiologist performed the procedure and referred me to a surgeon after one lesion was read as "discordant". My surgeon who was referred by Care Diagnostics said the biopsy was missed. She sent me to another radiologist to have the procedure repeated. Fortunately this time the location was successfully biopsied. Now, I had 3 bills one from each radiologist and the surgeon. Feeling that the second biopsy I had to physically and emotionally endure was a result of the first radiologist missing the area the first time, I reached out to Care asking for a discount in my bill since I had already paid $2000. It was at this time I came into contact with Manny the Administrator. After 3-4 weeks of sending him my medical records at his request and multiple ignored messages he was neither understanding, reasonable or sympathetic and resorted to blaming me for not handling it in the ridiculous, irrational manner he suggested which was to ignore my surgeons recommendation - (the same surgeon they referred me to.)I got no where- now despite being frustrated and disappointed I would like to make the public aware that if it happened to me it could happen to you. Both the office and billing office are extremely hard to get in touch with and in the 5x I called the billing office no one ever once called me back read more

Dr. Beck argued with doctors prescription saying she knows better then my wife's doctor. They refused to do what the doctor ordered. Trying to get her to do more tests. They sprung the news of their intent when my wife got there, and not call to discuss their better knowledge. It appears by other comments this place is a dangerous disaster. Very disappointed. I have tried repeatedly to contact this location for my annual screening only to hit roadblocks. I can never get in touch with a human over the phone. I'm sure if I visited the location, I would speak with a human, but I should not have to physically walk into the office to have a discussion. Their voice message says to press 0 if you want to speak with someone. EVERYTIME I press 0 the initial message replays and I never get anyone. When I initially tried to schedule an appointment, I kept getting the recorded message stating "you can schedule a convenient appointment time via our web site". I had to put in a request for an appointment and only then did someone call me back. Why wasn't someone at the phone to begin with!?! crazy. When I went in for my appointment, the door to the waiting room was open. I closed it (since I felt uncomfortable; everyone was wearing robes and not their clothes) and the cleaning woman opened it again and left it open. Where is the privacy!?!?! I received a VM about my results - the caller said to call her back. I called back and left a message and NEVER heard back. Now, my results are back (my Dr called me directly) and I have a question but I can't get in touch with anyone. I texted and have yet to hear back. If you are understaffed, then staff up. If this is your normal communication, with NO human interaction, you can be sure I will never be back. read more

I wouldn't recommend. All they care about is how to get more insurance money. They don't listen to patient. Just see dollar signs when the person has good insurance. Got there at 345 to tell me at 5 they can't see me because the diagnostics I need is more money they need to charge. I just needed a regular mammogram. I have been going to Care Diagnostics for more years than I can remember and have always been very satisfied. Last week I got a call that my annual mammogram was abnormal and I needed to come in for some follow up imaging. Needless to say, I was very upset. However, the care I received at the facility was more than I could ever ask for. From the women at the front desk to the technicians who preformed my mammogram and ultrasound they were all kind, caring, knowledgeable and calming. I wish I had gotten everyone's name because they all deserve a shout out for their excellent service. The only name I did get was a woman named Kristy who called me to tell me my initial results and also coordinate the necessary documentation for my follow up visit. She was beyond efficient and kind. Also, the women who did my mamo and ultrasound were just as kind and compassionate as they could be. These two women treated me with more care than I have ever gotten at any doctor's office. This place is amazing. I've never had a problem getting an appointment or waited too long once I got there to be seen. The facility is clean and comfortable and the gowns they give you to wear are soft, cozy and just the right size ! I know I'm going on and on with this lengthy review, but I am just so grateful for they way I was treated from the moment I walked in the door to the hug I got when my follow up tests turned out to be negative. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I will never go back there! BEWARE !!! THIS OFFICE WILL ORDER UNECESSARY TESTS TO MAKE A BUCK!! The staff treated me terribly. They called me back to have the mammogram redone and an unnecessary ultrasound and charged me for it. The office manager "Lynn" did not do much and was unapologetic. I just wanted to take a moment to thank the lovely and kind ladies that I have always come across at Care Diagnostics. I especially would like to Thank Karen at the front desk. Each year she is so kind, caring, comforting, very friendly and accommodating. It's so important to feel welcome when you walk in and comforting when you're greeted by your first name. Establishing a relationship with Doctors and staff is really important to me. My ultrasound tech has been Janine for years and she was always fantastic as well. Yesterday, I met Anita and I couldn't be happier. Wonderful bedside manner and made me feel so comfortable and eased my nerves. It's difficult each year to go to these screenings. When you're coming for a mammogram you are already nervous and the last thing anyone wants is a total b--ch at the front of the house! I would give a ZERO if I could. I was just bullied on the phone being told I have to get a mammogram at 39 years old, that the American Cancer society requires it. They are LIARS and you need to avoid this place. They don't give you proper information and will just send you off to get radiation when you don't need it. Even by lying to you. The rudest tech, front desk, and office manager. If I wanted to be treated that rough and disrespectfully again I would be raped. The results took over 6 weeks to get to my doctor. ( I called multiple times). They would not speak to me regarding if they even sent them. Then I had to get additional testing which they should have told me about in the first place. Horrible experience from front desk to ultrasonography made me reschedule told me they rescheduled but didn't wouldn't give me my copay back

I waited 6 weeks for my appointment which was important, was told to drink 32oz of water an hour before the test. Im in Healthcare and had to take the day off. Arrived at appointment and procedure was expensive but never received promised billing information. They began the test and told me I couldn't follow directions. I repeated what was told and they replied you have to drink 32oz. Of water in an hour, and got upset as to why I didn't drink it with 15 minutes. I was never told til today they rebutted saying "they say that all day long and would never make a mistake ". So dismissing and arrogant about trying to drink more!
