The intake woman was friendly and quick. Post registration, paid my insurance co-pay and waited only ten minutes. They provide a vending area with complimentary soft drinks and coffee which is a great unexpected feature. The tech was kind and thorough with an outgoing personality. Very clean CAT room and went smoothly until they would not provide a CD of my images after a request to the tech, and had to drive back weeks later to obtain the CD for my surgeon. Disregarding this mishap, I highly recommend this place for radiology scans.

The letter said my Dr will get a copy of results that was 7/9/2025 as of today my Dr did not get the results and He called one day they were gone at 12 and the next time nobody answered. I decided to start over at care diagnostics and had Diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound at the same time and results given right there by the radiologist. My breast tissue is not dense also. The place is cute but I would rather have results I trust than a cute place. So be careful here

The facility looks very nice when you walk inside. The waiting room is welcoming and very clean and it wasn't very crowded. I still had to wait about 15 minutes before they called my name. They never sent me any information for pre-registration and there was no place on their website to add any of my information. Checking in took a while because the poor woman behind the desk was multitasking and helping everyone else. Once they had my insurance and payment information, it was quick before I was seen. The technician was excellent and so friendly, My first impression was...this technology is old. It does the job, but it's old. Now, today is April 3 and I still do not have the results from that CT scan. I was able to get it from my doctors office so I know everything is fine. BUT you're dealing with people's health. I left two messages to get the results of the scans with NO Response. Finally I was able to reach someone who said I could come and pick up the paperwork. No one said that I needed to pick up the radiologists results during my appointment. So let me say this AGAIN ... you're dealing with people's health. They need to know the results as soon as they are available.

During my most recent visit, I had my very first MRI, and my nurse, Amanda, was absolutely incredible. She explained everything clearly, checked on me throughout the process, and made sure I felt safe and supported the entire time. She even gave me headphones with my fav music on. Her kindness made a huge difference since I was very scared going to it. The facility itself is extremely clean. The waiting rooms are spotless, and I loved that they provide a private changing room, your own robe, and a secure locker for your belongings while you're having your exam done. I've been going to Baptist Health City for years and have almost always had great experiences with…read moremammograms/ultrasounds, (except once) but NOT with CT scans. I had 3rd stage lung cancer and require restaging chest/abdomen and pelvic CTs w IV Contrast every three months. In December the radiologist wrote that I had an "Interval Upper Left Lobectomy." I'll translate, "She had the upper left lobe of her lung surgically removed." I DIDN'T have surgery. You'd think I'd remember that. Amending the report took months. It's important to know that I have BOTH LUNGS don'tcha think? The amount of paperwork and begging for the radiologist to simply speak to my oncologist was ridiculous. It never happened. I had to get them to amend the report myself. This Monday I went for my 3 month restaging CT w IV Contrast. The prescription says exactly that. I was told, "You need to drink contrast so you'll have to come back another time" I showed her that the order says WITH IV CONTRAST not ORAL contrast AND that you have done my previous CT's with IV Contrast. You have a note from my oncologist saying "PATIENT DOES NOT TOLERATE ORAL CONTRAST" She said, "You can call your Dr. and have him (she's a her) send a new prescription and we can do the scan today. You have 10 minutes." I was able to reach a receptionist in my oncologists office who knows me. My doctor only works there Tuesdays and Fridays. This was a Monday. The receptionist was able to uncheck a box so that the order was clearer. She stayed on the phone with me to make sure the prescription was clearer and faxed. So, I got the CT w IV contrast. The tech told me I'd have results next day. So now it's been four days. No results. I was told to call Boca Records and sign the same privacy documents to release results to myself as I did in December when I had to correct my own findings. That was the wrong thing. Finally, 2 days later I was told to call Hagen Ranch instead. I did that. I called Hagen Ranch and was told "It's vacation time, so you'll have to give it 3-5 more days. This is cancer restaging. Unacceptable mediocrity. Wrote to Jared Smith - CEO Baptist Health No reply.
