Anything from cutting the grass, putting up our hurricane shutters to preparing our home for our visit (adjusting thermostat, loading refrigerator with groceries etc, and of course the pool!). Recently he noticed a water leak coming from the meter in our drive. He was making his routine visit. As it turns out the city had installed a new water meter. He handled calling the city and working with them. Over 29 k gallons of water had leaked in 2 weeks ! Thank goodness for his attentiveness. I can't recommend them enough to manage your home!!!
